I asked for prices and how long they usually take. The gentleman explained they charge more than their competitors but he went into detail on everything they did to the car to justify their price. Money is not an issue. But when he said that I would have to drop it off in the morning since this is a full day service that is when I told him I could not do that. I am not from the area and I am only here for the week on business. He then took the time to find out which hotel I was staying at and referred me to his competitor, who does not take as long for details. He went above and beyond his normal duty, which demonstrated excellent customer service.
