They do not try to oversell me. In fact, a couple of times they told me I didn't need any additional oil because I obviously wasn't driving that much which was true. They could've charged me for more oil and I wouldn't have known the difference. They do more than just change oil. They will check and replace filters, fluids, batteries, and even check your air-conditioning and air up your tires. Their prices are very fair and they offer numerous discounts and coupons. A HUGE PLUS IS THE FACT THAT THIS BUSINESS IS OWNED BY A WOMAN! Any female knows what it's like to get her car worked on by a bunch of men and never knowing if they're getting ripped off. This lady is a delight to deal with. I trust these people and highly recommend them. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. P.S a previous review only gave them one star claiming he was charged more than agreed upon. I'm a fairly regular customer, and this has never happened to me. I suspect this guy was simply confused.

The good thing about Valvoline Instant Oil change is... it's instant, or nearly so. Just drive up, you may have to wait a few minutes, then they can get the oil change done in 15 min (or in my case, 10). So it was a successful trip because the oil was changed but it ended up being more expensive than the local shop I've been to before. They will try and sell you things (air filter, etc) so just be prepared with your answer. I appreciate the speediness of the place but don't think it was worth me spending an extra $20 for the oil change. I'll probably stick with the local place next time.

Most of the time I take my car to the Dealer to eliminate risk of potential complications due to being unfamiliar with Subaru hardware, and without a Subaru dealer in Bowling Green, I was a little worried about finding a good spot to get the work done. The guys who performed the work on my car quelled all of those fears very quickly. The main technician was excited to see the car in the shop, and we had a good discussion about affordable sporty cars, which always warms the car enthusiast in me. I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes (with one other person in front of me, and only 1 bay open, mind you). It'd be nice if both bays were open at all times, but I understand the logistics of a small town probably don't make this a viable option. All told, great work to the Crossroads team. Don't hesitate to bring your car in for an oil change if you're looking for a good value and quick turnaround!

He was told they were closing in 5 minutes and couldn't do it. In my book if they don't want to take anymore business, close it up early. It was an eye opener for us. I couldn't get it out of limp mode and had to voluntarily repo it and buy a different car..they messed up the wiring or sensor or something so bad that the computer couldn't even read the codes...horrible place don't take your car here I regret it so bad...I could have used that money to buy a nice vehicle..

We noticed this location wasn't very busy and we had extra time before the theater movie. Mr. Paladino (think first name is Michael) was very professional and proficient. We had a coupon and he accommodated us with the targeted coupon. Every other employee we saw appeared to be busy either cleaning or working on the two other cars that entered after we did. It was obvious that Mr. Paladino was shift leader/management of that shift but he was in charge without being arrogant or pushy. I interacted with two or three other employees while we waited and even had my earrings complimented (I have audacious earrings ;) I liked the fact that staff did NOT seem rushed and the process was done thoroughly and satisfactorily. An oil change using synthetic oil does cost significantly more and we were thankful for the excellent coupon. However, it's a better value than any of the dealerships.

We were 4 hours from home and this place was the only local place open. We stopped in and they were able to diagnose the issue, help us out, and get our vehicle serviced in a timely manner in comparison to the amount of work the store already had scheduled for a Sunday. John Wolf who is the Manager of Tire Sales was sincerely friendly and helpful. My wife and I had a great conversation with him and got to know him better as we waited for our vehicle to be serviced.
