I have been a realtor for 36 years and find it hard to find an excellent attorney. Heather is. You won't be disappointed

The tickets carried 2 points each, and the fines were $330-$800. In our consult, Richard said he would get two tickets dropped, and the third ticket amended to no points. He cautioned me that the prosecutor will give me a higher fine to drop the ticket. I was excited at the prospect so I hired him on the spot. I didn't speak to him again until the day before the court appearance. He informed me that he was able to get one ticket dropped, but there would be no points on my record. I'll admit I was disappointed that I had to plead guilty to two tickets, but I was still very grateful for no points. On the day of the court appearance, it was another attorney that I never spoke to before. He spoke with the prosecutor just before court began. I pled guilty and had to pay $230 in fines. Considering the $450 surcharge for 6 points & fines over $400, it was worth it to hire an attorney. Admittedly, I could have spoken with the prosecutor and negotiated a plea before seeing the judge. However, I wasn't willing to take that risk! Overall, I was pretty satisfied & hopeful that I'll never be in traffic court again.

That type of service is appreciated, especially when so many other attorneys simply said "no, we don't do that," and hung up. They were returned to me a complete mess. They had been un-stapled and then just thrown in a file out of order when I collected them After an hour of trying to put them back together I had to give up. That was how much of a mess they left me with. When I told them I wanted them back as I had given them, they were surly and rude about it. I was also forced 3 times to sign a declaration that a document was accurate (under penalty of perjury) without being able to see the documents or check it for errors before hand. This is because they do everything last minute (and they admitted to this) and it is done by young admin who do not know what they are doing. When I did eventually receive a copy of the documents I had signed for, they were so factually incorrect that I was shocked. They had made up statements and there were so many basic spelling and grammatical errors that a high school student would have done a better job. I even had to correct these for them too. Despite these corrections, the documents were then sent to the court without being corrected and could not be amended. This made me look like I was a liar and the lawyers look incompetent! They will not call you back when they say they will and I have recorded all my conversations with this company. They are rude, not supportive and just about the money. They do not communicate basic information and employ one lawyer part-time, but will not tell you this up front. Anyone who wants to know more can contact me freely. I am making a formal complaint against them. STAY AWAY.
