Explained I only had 1 claim for $1000 w/a 1000 deductible and that the other claims she was looking at were not mine from previous address (it was a condo). She persisted and had me waste hours of my time calling all three credit agencies to remove a block I told her did not exist. She then cancelled my insurance policy claiming it was my fault for not removing the block. I attempted to contact the agent of the office (Tom Miller) 2 times and he refused to even respond. Corporate got involved and suggested switching agents and then reinstated the policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. The staff is incompetent and Tom Miller does not want to be bothered. Cant imagine what happens if you are dealing with a claim.
