When Jake rolls out his religous beliefs and how he recognizes his pricing is higher than his competitors as evidence of his "My word is a reflection of my strongly held beliefs" RUN AWAY. In each instance, he has been very professional and quick to correct any issues that have arisin, even issues not related to him. Every landscape project will have issues (weather, product, site, home contractor, etc.), its how a landscape company deals with it that counts. One such issue was a breadown in a paver sanding product. Jake personally oversaw the repair of the product until it was fully resolved. This is true integrity. Do not hesitate to use this company
