I was very unhappy with our old service company. I research the best rated Heating and Cooling companies and called the top 4 companies. Anthony from the Good Guys was the only one to get back to me within a week to give me an estimate, he was there the next day! After getting the other 3 estimates his estimate was still the best for price, quality, and the service they would provide. They were also the only company that would get my new system installed in June! Homes come with all sorts of Heating and Cooling systems, and they date back to all sorts of dates. The Good Guy team knew how to assess my old system and were able to find the best products and installation for me. In fact, they first solved a duct work installation issue by worked with most the old duct work avoiding extra costs. Later when it was time to install my new heating system Anthony called be back with a better more energy efficient heating product saving me a few thousand dollars and also giving me a $500. Rebate! I must say what I was most impressed with was the service of the whole team. I loved working with them, they are the best service team I have ever had in my home! Each member of the team was great! My elderly mother in law was being taken down the con lane by KKomfort and they wanted to price gouge her and do repairs that her boiler did not need. She is elderly and on a fixed income. My husband insisted that she let these folks give her a second opinion. They came in a timely manner, behaved as professionals, and took care of her boiler for a reasonable fee and did not see any of the issues KKomfort claimed she had and wanted to charge her an exorbitant fee! KKomfort made a fake diagnosis on her system! Thank goodness for Christensen and Wisnet! We will use no one else! Go with a long held reputation for great, honest service! They informed me they charge for an inspection with the quote. Knowing time is money, I accepted. Tech came out, assessed my needs to do the install ( I preferred a Navien brand and they said that's the one what they prefer to install). After a brief look around at the sump and gas supply I received the quote. Compared to one other I received, it was $2100 higher! Holy cow. I looked at a previous review's customer photo, and compared to another one I just had done, it appears not very neat, looking just.....well, unprofessional. All in all, I absolutely wouldn't recommend them.

He also looked at the water softener and said he didn't know anything about them. Both of these requests were sent to Peterson's before someone was sent out. However, if you want a professional, that knows what they are doing, to get it right and not tell you "I don't know anything about these." Well... consider that before calling. Or just request a professional also with your inquiry. This will save you time, money and frustration. They probably have a professional there. We just didn't get that person. This would be fine if we were informed immediately that the company would be sending someone with no knowledge of our requests. That way, we would have went somewhere else straight away. Warren Wilde took care of the water softener, he even told us what exactly was wrong just from our description over the phone. They were difficult to get a hold of from the get go. We finally got someone out here to install a…read morebidet and see what was wrong with our water softener. He was VERY young looking. He looked at our water softener and said, "I don't know anything about these...." I showed him a pin that supposed to be attached to the softener and he said "Yeah I don't know why there'd be a pin in it." So we are paying for a plumber to come out and NOT know about water softeners? So he installed the bidet but it took him just shy of TWO hours. When he finished he said it was leaking (maybe not his fault)- but two hours for a bidet? I installed it myself at our other house in 15 minutes. The only reason we had a plumber do it was because we needed a different T-valve and he didn't get a different T-valve- he just rigged the one we had to make it work (might be why its leaking????). We do need to get a new water softener but will be using someone else to install it as they did not leave us with much confidence in their abilities.
