We called first thing in the morning, and Danny arrived in less than an hour. After a thorough inspection, he phoned Tim, the owner, to share his findings. Tim took the time to personally come over, confirm Danny's suspicions, and collaborate on a plan to resolve the issue. They even coordinated with Caden, another team member, to assist with a specific step of the repair. Our home is older, and we discovered that our kitchen piping had been slowly eroding in the basement crawl space for years before finally bursting. This caused sewage water from our sink and dishwasher to seep into our concrete cinder block basement wall. Within hours, the Rausch Plumbing team had completely re-piped the entire system and provided helpful recommendations for potential restoration work. These guys were outstanding! Hardworking, professional, and genuinely kindhearted. Their level of service and respect was unmatched. My husband and I even joked that Danny was so great, we could imagine inviting him and his family over for a backyard barbecue! They clearly explained the problem, laid out the best course of action, and provided a quote upfront--then came in under budget. I was very unhappy with our old service company. I research the best rated Heating and Cooling companies and called the top 4 companies. Anthony from the Good Guys was the only one to get back to me within a week to give me an estimate, he was there the next day! After getting the other 3 estimates his estimate was still the best for price, quality, and the service they would provide. They were also the only company that would get my new system installed in June! Homes come with all sorts of Heating and Cooling systems, and they date back to all sorts of dates. The Good Guy team knew how to assess my old system and were able to find the best products and installation for me. In fact, they first solved a duct work installation issue by worked with most the old duct work avoiding extra costs. Later when it was time to install my new heating system Anthony called be back with a better more energy efficient heating product saving me a few thousand dollars and also giving me a $500. Rebate! My elderly mother in law was being taken down the con lane by KKomfort and they wanted to price gouge her and do repairs that her boiler did not need. She is elderly and on a fixed income. My husband insisted that she let these folks give her a second opinion. They came in a timely manner, behaved as professionals, and took care of her boiler for a reasonable fee and did not see any of the issues KKomfort claimed she had and wanted to charge her an exorbitant fee! KKomfort made a fake diagnosis on her system! Thank goodness for Christensen and Wisnet! We will use no one else! Go with a long held reputation for great, honest service! I looked at a previous review's customer photo, and compared to another one I just had done, it appears not very neat, looking just.....well, unprofessional.
