We had them out last year for a tune up with no issues, but this year when they came out they charged us an extra $50 for a "trip charge" after the service was done that no one told us about prior. I called and asked why I was getting this and they told me "every other heating company charges this now" but I called around and none of the other local companies do. The other issue I had was that they came out for the tune up on 12/15 and our payment didn't pull from our debit card until 2/2. When I called to ask why they didn't pull the payment for 6 weeks the guy blamed it on our debit card which is false. Someone there messed up and didn't run the payment right away. I would probably still use them if there had been any sort of apology for not telling us about the trip charge and waiting so long to run the payment but the guy I spoke to just kept trying to pass the blame and didn't offer any sort of apology. Terrible customer service and shady business practices.
