The document they send you looks like a legit bill, but nowhere on it does it say "Invoice" and they want $70 for a "website backup service plan" and cleverly lists your domain's URL. I pay all bills for my company and was confused to receive this, a company we have NEVER done business with. I double checked with our IT consultant to see if he had changed something with our website and he said no. I tried calling the customer support line on here and they say there is a "30 minute hold time" and ask you to leave a message in their general mail box. Don't waste your time calling, just ignore the document and don't pay this! Again, DO NOT PAY. FRAUDULENT. P.S.: YELP keeps deleting my picture of the false invoice, and apparently is deleting other user's reviews warning others about this malicious company. Before I read the other yelp reviews, I tried calling and was told to enter my account number and that the wait time was 25 minutes...They said to leave a message and they will call you back. It's a shame to give this even one star. As others have stated, this is a complete scam. We have never done business with this company, and in spite of their flashy fake invoice, I was not taken in. The company's solicitation does not appear to comply with federal regulations; specifically, Title 39 of the United States Code, Section 3001, which requires that the solicitations contain the following statement in 30-point type in boldface capital letters in a color contrasting the background: "THIS IS NOT A BILL. THIS IS A SOLICITATION. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PAY THE AMOUNT STATED ABOVE UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS OFFER." I will try again since my first review was removed by Yelp because it supposedly did not show "firsthand experience". I'm not sure how you can get more "firsthand" than receiving a bill from the company, so Yelp needs to take a closer look at their procedures. Anyway, I have received a bill from this company, despite not asking for or receiving any services or goods from them. I don't know the legal definition of a "bill", but what they sent me looks very much like the bills we get from other vendors, and does not indicate anywhere in any reasonable fashion that it is a solicitation for business. Any reasonable person would see it as a bill. A harried small-business manager has a good chance of mistaking it for a bill and sending money. Attempted to call them during the business hours listed on the bill, however, I was placed on hold and after 30 minutes realized that I wasn't going to be connected with a live human. We have never done business with this company. They have not backed up any websites for us.
