From the time I entered the bank to the time I left was about 2 minutes, which included the time for the teller to transfer funds from the checking to savings! Amazing service and nice, friendly employees who know what they are doing. Despite it being the EXACT same information as what's contained in my account. I have emailed side by side comparison screenshots of what is contained in my Ocean Financial account and what I entered into the form, and it is the exact same. Yet the site to sign the form claims it to be inaccurate. Nothing was fixed. It has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth, emailing and calling, with no progress. Perhaps if I lived closer to the physical branch it would be more convenient to resolve this issue.
