Like there's a silo (I think that's what it is?) right outside the venue and also train tracks right outside too. It definitely feels like you are in a more or less secluded area, even though it's very much still in Edmond. The ground outside the venue was mostly large gravel up closest to the entrance, and small gravel further away (like where most people ended up parking). It wasn't the most level ground, which made it a bit difficult for those of us in high heels! It also didn't help that it had rained earlier that day, so there were tons of puddles... so many that you could barely avoid stepping in dirty water, not to mention the wetness paired with the gravel paired with tall shoes just made for a slightly wobbly walk inside. Not the worst thing ever, but if I were the venue, I'd definitely consider paving more of the ground outside to counteract this! There is a small deck type thing out of the front. They have stairs and also a ramp up to this deck which leads to the front door entrance. Inside was smaller than I expected it to be, but it definitely fit everyone that came to the wedding and the reception. It has sort of a mix of the cute country vibe and the fancy warehouse vibe thing going on. I believe you could see the bricks inside, and there were also barn doors on the windows just for example. There was a small balcony in the back. From what I could tell the only way to get up to the balcony was by stairs. Then through a hallway in the back they also have bathrooms and a groomsmen room and bridesmaids room. Because the ceremony and reception were both here, we had to all go outside to wait for them to switch from rows of chairs to tables. I'm not sure if the venue itself was in charge of doing this, or some outside third party, but it didn't take too long (maybe 10-15 minutes). Luckily, we had food and a coffee bar to keep us occupied while waiting for this switch.

The planning process was smooth and Maliah and her team were always friendly and personable in their communications. We had so much fun with them as a part of our special day and I could not recommend them more. Thank you Maliah!

As a detail-oriented person, I really appreciated her tailored project planning process that allowed all three of us to contribute. Loved the huge checklist broken down by the months leading up to the wedding; we didn't know much about wedding planning and she was incredibly resourceful. During the busy week leading up to the wedding, she was also highly responsive and quick to find solutions for last-minute logistical requests (we had a lot ). Our wedding involved complex logistics, including a 15-minute gondola ride to a mountaintop ceremony. Maliah managed this timeline effectively while also acting as our florist, ensuring all decor and floral arrangements arrived and were set up correctly. She was highly capable of directing our 16-person wedding party and communicated clearly with my family, including relatives visiting from Taiwan who are non-native English speakers. She kept everything moving so our parents could simply enjoy the event. We also encountered some hiccups during the weekend - Maliah was awesome through it all. When the entire mountain lost power the day before during our rehearsal dinner, she remained completely calm and kept the atmosphere relaxed. When heavy winds hit our cocktail hour, she quietly improvised a solution to secure the baby pictures on our guestbook table without needing to involve Shane or me. She also improvised when a rental vendor broke the welcome mirror we were going to use. These were only a few of the many examples. Throughout the day, she balanced giving us space to socialize with ensuring we actually had time to eat and stay hydrated--our dinner was waiting for us the moment we sat down. Finally, it was also incredibly considerate of her to have neatly packed and organized all our personal items that were left at the venue in our hotel storage. If you want a coordinator who is practical, focused, sweet, and capable of handling unexpected challenges quietly and efficiently, I highly recommend her. Thank you Maliah!!

He did a GREAT job with everything. He would check in with me throughout the night to make sure everything was going alright. The songs were very appropriate for a high school dance: the teachers and principals were pleased and so were the students (not an easy task). We also used their mirror photo booth also which the kids LOVED. At one point, the printer ran out of paper and Logan fixed everything, but he also had someone bring another printer, just in case. Being a public school, the way we have to pay for services is a little different and Logan was very accommodating and patient with all of that. Thanks for everything!

We knew when we started planning this was going to be a very important part of the event but we didn't even consider just how much of a role the DJ/MC would play in the flow of things. We had a kind of unconventional open mic session of toasts and benedictions. My husband and I had a beautiful time hearing stories and it would NOT have been that way without Mikey (DJ/MC) running the show. By the end of the night, everyone was on the dance floor and were worn out! 405 Productions suggested the mirror photo booth and they were absolutely right--the mirror photo booth was an absolute hit. Logan not only made everyone happy at the photo booth but he was soooooo helpful with our guest book and we are very thankful for that. Our guest book is an amazing souvenir. We requested digital copies of our photo booth pictures (and asked for a photo or two to be removed) and a rough list of the reception playlist (we had so many compliments) and they were again very accommodating and happy to deliver. Lastly, They were awesome communicators and organizers with the whole event. I don't know if texting is how people normally handle this stuff but it was a breath of fresh air in terms of organizing - especially on the go and since we were organizing with other people. They really blew us away and we are so grateful that we have such positive memories with all of our family and friends. They are well worth your money!
