When we first came across Weddings-Unlimited the deal seemed too good to be true.. They post their prices, the packages, all the extras right there before you ever even talk to them. So when I first contacted them the owner, Alex, was ready to answer all my questions, even anticipating that I would question the value. Not only was it a pleasant conversation, when I mentioned we were two men, always prepared for the "We can't serve you" bit, Alex got even more excited and talked about other LGBT weddings they've served. We booked our DJ, Video, Photo and Photo Booth package then and there. In the year between that day and the wedding they stayed in regular contact with us. They sent us timelines to work on and we had conference calls to answer questions and fine tune everything. Our original point of contact was Leah, and she was so nice and ready for our questions and gave us guidance we really valued. When Leah had to take some leave a few weeks before the wedding Nancy took over as our contact. I was a little put off right at first(not the someone needed leave but worried the change might make things difficult) but after my first call with Nancy I was put completely at ease. We wound up talking several times before the wedding, and with my specific and in some cases unusual needs she never blinked and made sure I had contact with everyone I would need to. The week before the wedding the DJ, lead photographer, 2ndphotographer, and videographer all reached out to us to introduce themselves, providing numbers to be able to text if I had any questions. And they all seemed genuinely happy to be doing the work A couple days before the wedding Nancy had to call and let me know that the photobooth we had chosen was having some technical difficulties, but before she called she already had a replacement ready so there wasn't even a second where I had any worry that everything would be well taken care of. On the day of the wedding itself, Allen, the videographer arrived first. He introduced himself, we talked about some ideas, and then off he went getting all the footage of everything and then checking in and making other suggestions. He didn't miss a thing and couldn't have been nicer. Then Javier and Ross, the photographers arrived. Now look, I know it's their jobs to appear excited to be there. But by the end of the night I truly believe they actually genuinely love weddings and working at them. Javier even hit the dancefloor with us at one point! It was AMAZING! Our DJ was Bryant, an absolute blast! He hit the lights, the music, the mist bubbles, everything at just the right time. High energy, made all the announcements and had people excited to be doing whatever we may have been doing. Whether the toasts, the mom and son dances, eating lol, it didn't matter he got people ready to roll. We also had a couple of particular items, like I had a secret song and dance during the ceremony that my now husband was to be surprised with. So Bryant and I went over the cue and the music privately and then during the ceremony he stayed right by us, at one point almost crawling behind the groomspeople in order to hand over a prop! After the wedding was over Nancy called a couple days later just to make sure everything had gone perfectly, and I'm glad to report it had. He was so pleasant, easy to work with, quick responses, & excellent communication. Budget friendly, & he was very cooperative & willing to work with our budget to make our wedding day the best day ever! We had the most Awesome DJ's on our wedding day - Eniola & Brandon were both very professional, polite, & friendly. Great team work, & communicated well with the wedding planner throughout the wedding to keep everything flowing, & running smoothly according to the timeline. They both went above & beyond to put a smile on our face! From Eniola's small gestures of bringing the bride/groom a cold bottle of water, to him joining the guests on the dance floor & getting everyone hyped up & dancing! Both of their enthusiastic & outgoing personalities did an amazing job of engaging & interacting with the guests, while also being able to read & capture the vibe of the guests to keep the upbeat energy flowing & the dance floor packed all night long! All the guests had positive comments about the DJ's & kept saying how they all had such a great time! We were all so tired by the end of the night from dancing so much! In addition to the awesome DJ's & their fantastic DJ skills, they also provided some extra special effects during the reception which included up-lighting inside the tent which helped to set the mood throughout the night, as well as the Hearts on Fire - Cold sparks for the grand entrance into the reception, & the fog smoke bubbles for the grand exit/send-off which both added those extra "wow factors" to each moment making them the most magical & unforgettable moments, as well as awesome special effects when capturing pictures & videos! Amazing quality photos & videos - quick return time compared to other photographers/videographers. The preview photos/video we received the day after the wedding are amazing & we are anxiously waiting to see all the other photos/videos! Awesome photographers/videographers - Amil & Sergio were both very professional, polite, friendly, respectful, outgoing. They were very accommodating to any last minute changes/photo requests. They communicated & worked well together & coordinated specific times for photos while making sure the bride/groom did not see each other. They paid great attention to detail & captured the most creative & incredible photos/videos, from every angle imaginable, of all the special moments throughout the day/night. They made the whole day very fun, relaxed, and enjoyable while still capturing all the photos/videos during our wedding! I'll be honest: At first, Weddings Unlimited seemed too good to be true. They had the best prices and appeared to be super flexible and easy to work with, and the ability to bundle several services seemed super convenient. Well, it was all true! Before we even booked them, the owner, Alex, called to discuss any questions with me, and he remained super available throughout the planning process, as did our celebration coordinator, Leah. Both were easy to reach via phone or email with any questions, and leading up to the wedding, all the photographers and videographers reached out as well to ensure they had all the info correct and to ask about specific requests. On the day of the wedding, both photographers (we had two) and videographers (also two) arrived on time and were so lovely to work with. Genuinely, I would hang out with any of them again, and they made the wedding more fun by being calm, pleasant presences on a stressful day. And the DJ! We answered a few questions basically saying we wanted minimal interaction but to keep the party moving, and our DJ was perfect! He was great at reading the crowd, and he played everything on our preferred song list plus some of his own choosing that fit the vibe perfectly. He was also super sweet, and he did great with all of the announcements. We just got the first 10 photos back from our wedding, and they look amazing! We're waiting to see the short film before we commit to the full-length one, but we're pretty sure we'll be getting that too, as everything we've seen so far has been excellent! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Weddings Unlimited and their incredible wedding photography, videography, and DJ team, and words can't fully capture how amazing our experience was! From the moment we first met, we knew we were in great hands, and they did not disappoint for one second. Michael (our photographer) and Anna (our videographer) were incredible! Our wedding was at Big Sky Barn on May 7, 2021. We decided on Weddings Unlimited as our wedding vendor for the following services... DJ- Ali Videographer- Jordan Mirror Photo booth- David Special Effects: Gobo, Up lighting, and Dancing on the Clouds Planning team- Amber & Celeste From the beginning of our planning Alex was quick to respond and answered any questions we had throughout. Their DJ app and website portal is easy to navigate, and allow you to easily customize and create our wedding music, photobooth welcome screen, and gobo. My initial music meeting with Amber was thorough, and really helped ease anxiety I had with the ceremony music. Our ceremony music had to be cut, and our niece sang to the instrumental song, and the DJ, Ali, worked with my niece to help execute it perfectly. Ali stuck to our selected playlist which we were really adamant about wanting. The videographer, Jordan, arrived on time and was great! He worked alongside my photographer without any conflict. We just received our 1-minute video teaser and just the 1-minute video is absolutely what we hoped for and cannot wait to see the full video. Amber and Celeste were great throughout the entire process, and the day of the wedding Amber communicated with the groom and I and made sure we didn't need anything and were enjoying ourselves. The photo booth was a huge hit, and our guests loved it. The attendant, Jordan, was friendly, and helpful with how the photo booth worked. Great group of people!! We had Weddings Unlimited for our DJ, photography, and photo booth services. LUIS & EMILY did our photography and were wonderful. They captured some beautiful photos and I love all of them!! They arrived early, kept us on a timeline, were super friendly and helpful, and interracted with our guests. We got so many compliments from guests about Emily. Everyone loved her!!! She even took the time to teach my daughter's boyfriend to dance while we were all getting ready. ETHAN....best DJ ever!!! He was a complete joy to work with. He entertained our guests, played the songs they wanted to hear and dance to, had our list down perfect, and danced the night away with us. He is a super sweet guy and saw to it that our night went the way we wanted it to. ERIC was our photo booth guy. He was great to work with a so adorable. We had quite a few kids at our wedding that were very interested in the photo booth. He made sure that they had the help that they needed and knew exactly what to do when it was their turn. He even made sure the bigger "kids" were all set for their photos. We had a total of 4 employees of Weddings Unlimited at our wedding. There aren't enough great things to say about each of them. They had fun working together and had fun with all of our guests. We could not have asked for anything better for our day. They definitely helped to make this day as perfect as it was. Weddings unlimited was amazing! I booked them for DJ, photography, videography & Photo Booth. Even before the wedding, the staff was in contact with me to make sure the Photo Booth was exactly how I wanted it. They helped me with making my own personal template and I couldn't have been happier! The Photo attendant was punctual and very professional! She made sure everything was how I wanted it to be & all the guests for very happy with how it turned out as well. I would hire them for my next event! The DJ was great and went along with the playlist I sent them, everything was done by the schedule I requested. He was a lot of fun and played every single song that I wanted and made sure to announce all of the important moments of my wedding. The guests had so much fun and that was all thanks to the DJ! The videography crew was so much fun! They made sure to capture the whole night and made sure all the guests were included in our special night. Wow!! We are blown away by our wedding photos! We chose to do a destination elopement in the awe-inspiring Big Bend National Park, with our ceremony taking place at the Santa Elena Canyon. We had photography and videography. I can't express how amazing our crew was! We had Ashley and Bea for photography, and Joseph for video. They are each such talented, knowledgeable people. They made it fun, and comfortable for us, as we aren't used to being photographed much. They were so kind, and patient with us, and they were FUN to be around! We had a great time together the entire day!! Our photos are absolutely BREATHTAKING! I cried when I viewed our sneak peeks for the first time. Alex and his wife came along, and Alex actually officiated for us! He happened to be ordained and able, and helped that portion of planning be a lot easier on us. Sophia Roca, our coordinator and contact with weddings unlimited was an absolute angel. My Fiancé's father unexpectedly died about 30 days prior to our wedding date and this fell in the timeframe when I needed to finalize all the DH details with weddings unlimited. Sophia literally handled me with such care and patience. She allowed me extra time and help to finalize our details with them. She made sure I didn't have any other stress added to my plate. During such a difficult time, it has felt impossible to get through the last of the wedding details, but she made it as easy as possible and went above and beyond. She made me feel like I was her sole attention and her only client (even though I know she had a million other brides to handle at the same time). After we finalized everything, I was such at peace and had all my questions answered that I felt like I could literally not stress about anything and show up to my wedding without a care in the world since everything was handled. Weddings unlimited was one of the best decisions we made other than getting married. We are so glad we booked with them. They made the planning of hiring a dj and photographer extremely easy. They were able to work with us even though we had such a short time to plan everything since we decided to have a small wedding due to COVID-19. This company is amazing! We used them for our wedding for photo, video, DJ and Photobooth and they all did a fantastic job. We had Montse do our engagement pictures and Bea did our pictures for the wedding and they are both super sweet and went above and beyond with our pictures. Hector was our wedding day videographer and was super friendly with everyone. James was our DJ and I cannot say enough good things about him, he has very close attention to detail and was always double checking with us to make sure everything was perfect. The photobooth attendants were great as well. The only person that I would steer clear from is Leah, unfortunately she was part of my final planning process and she made things very stressful and difficult for me as I had to keep emailing and calling her constantly because she would not get back to me. She was also rude and unprofessional. But other than that my wedding day came out perfect and everyone that was there made it unforgettable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Everyone was great! Hector, the videographer, and Javier, the photographer, were the best! They both were very attentive and made sure everyone felt comfortable. They're attention to detail was amazing. They both surpassed our expectations. Jeff, the DJ, was perfect. He made sure we stayed on schedule with everything we wanted to do.
