After 8 weeks went and still no fix I emailed asking for a completion date so I could have the interior of my house repaired from water damage as well. Was told within 10 days. Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. For the next 5 weeks Ross Williams would not return a single email, call, or text message. In total I wasted 15 weeks waiting for this guy to come fix my roof. That's 15 weeks of water continuing to come into my house and 15 weeks of holding up the company that was already paid to fix the interior of my house. Would strongly recommend not wasting your time with this company. Luckily for him the amount of the contract isn't worth my time to take him to court for breach of contract.

Dave had dropped off a business card at our business just letting us know what he does and when we…read moreneeded to do siding or roofing he would like the opportunity to speak with us. April 4th we experienced a hail storm. A couple of days later I noticed water running out from under our siding and it had not rained for more than 24 hours. We phoned Dave and he was unable to get to our office until after we closed. Due to the storm in the area he checked the roof and was at the office the next morning to tell us what he had found. We reported to our insurance company, he met the insurance adjuster, he scheduled for everything to be done and he worked around the criteria we needed worked around at our office and we not have a beautiful new roof. And he also wanted me to take down my review on this site. Why would I take down a review for someone who did such a bad job and now wants even more $$$$ to fix his crap job. Which we already paid what we signed the contract for. Next step, get a lawyer, report him into Michigan's Lic. Broad. If he really has a Lic. The other day, went out to water plants and saw siding laying on the ground, again, looked up saw it was from the dorms where he put up siding. As for his line of If anything is not done right, he'll come back out & fix it, he just couldn't live with himself, etc... what a line of crap. Because he won't come back to fix anything and has an excuse for everything, not his fault.

First Estimate $52,000 Second Estimate $46,000. Green Built Roofing came in at just under $30,000. They showed up when they said they would and worked until the project was complete. They had a very polite crew and the clean up was great. I would highly recommend them and I have.

Twice I got a text saying that Mike was in a training meeting and the next he was in a luncheon meeting. He never called after his meetings. I tried calling and it rings then voice mail. I was trying to go through the roofs for vets program. I am a vet and I am disabled. My roof is leaking and is in need of repairs. To this day I have never even talked to Mike, just failed texts and voice mail.
