The staff is caring and loving, the curriculum is wonderful and my son surprises me every day with the new vocab he is picking up and all the wonderful activities he does daily. Our daughter absolutely flourished at the center near CMC and loved going to school each day. I was nervous leaving her on the first day at 6 weeks old. I sat in the parking lot and cried for nearly a half hour. I knew she would be ok because I immediately felt comfortable with her teachers (it was just a mama bear moment). She will soon be 6 and going off to first grade, I can almost guarantee there will be just as many tears shed on the last day as the first day!

Goddard did not close, we found this concerning but did not say anything. We simply called and told them we will be keeping all four children at home as advised by local and federal government. Goddard acknowledged and told us to let them know when we feel comfortable bringing them back and they are staying open. Well, they billed us for the two weeks they were not attending. Apparently you must unenroll. There is no safety feature for an epidemic or any reason they will not continue to bill you. The policy of this company is ridiculous. Can you image any other company stating you will need to pay unless you cancel whether you use the service or not. And at minimum you will pay for 2 weeks after canceling? Try pulling that off anywhere else. It is wrong and apparently has effected many families in a crisis situation. So we will see what governing boards think of these shady practices of charging families when Dr.s and governments are asking us to stay home. It's no different than Starbucks charging $20 for bottled water during 911. And I haven't been back to Starbucks since. Needless to say our kids won't be attending this shady business again. But we loved the teachers!

So, last years first grader that will obviously need the same services as this years second grader needs to go through the full application and approval process all over again. This year they created a deadline for signups and if you didn't make that deadline, they just put those applications in a pool and "will get to them at some point in the future." That doesn't cut it for me, my kid is the same kid she was last year, I sent in her updated medical form and new application, and to be told it will be some time in the future that you can start accepting my kid for before school care is ridiculous. If you are going to make me find a different solution to her before school care, it's not going to be temporary! Your administration processes are inefficient and they are inconvenient and in some cases, prohibitive to your customers.
