The lovely ladies there know my preferences and always have great recommendations for me. Quick and easy stop, right on the main blvd. Street parking and a fairly secure parking lot behind. Another plus are the hours. 8am for the bakers all the way until 10pm so there's always time. ATM on site. Lots of selections, a little bit of glass and supplies too. First time here, I brought Stizzy disposable pen that had a shelf life over 12 months. Bought it right back for an exchange and I was treated very rudely and unfair. The salesperson Desteny was a complete jerk. She told me to wait 1-2 hours for an exchange. If you're coming to this dispensary, double check the shelf life on disposable pens and cartridges. I love the products and am usually greeted by a friendly staff. However, it is completely unacceptable for the staff to NOT wear masks. How can you require customers to wear a mask to enter and not have the same standard of safety for your employees? Do they not realize that the original customers of this establishment were often patients with a terminal illness? Do they not realize the reason why they are designated as "essential" (and still in business) is because of the medicinal benefits of cannabis? So why would the staff here put their customers lives in danger by handling transactions without wearing masks? I recall at the beginning of the pandemic, the staff was offering face coverings to customers who didn't have one, and now they've done a 180. This is not only unprofessional, it's a liability. Some of us are high risk. Some of us will actually die if we catch COVID-19. The audacity to show up to work every day and be so cavalier about not protecting the people who are keeping your doors open. I'm sure the LA County Health Department wouldn't approve of a business operating every day with 90% of its staff unmaked. Meanwhile, at the dispensary up the street, all of the employees are masked, they take a temperature check before you can even step past the front desk, they have hand sanitizer at the front door. They are taking the pandemic seriously. And because they are taking the necessary steps to protect my health and life (and theirs), I will be handing over my money to them instead. I actually like this dispensary, but not enough to catch Coronavirus. Do better, be responsible. If you're going to wear a mask, wear it over your mouth AND nose, not under your chin, not under your nose. At the very least have a fundamental understanding of how germs spread. That's something we all should've been taught in grade school. But don't just mask up and sanitize to protect the customers, but also to protect yourselves, your coworkers, and your family. If you're a business taking money from people during a global pandemic- it is not optional, it is mandatory that you make an effort to stop the spread of COVID, otherwise you can close your doors and sit at home like the rest of us who have been put out of work. I used this place for a couple of years. Then I began having problems with the products they sold. Disposable vape pens by Bloom would clog repeatedly, sometimes becoming unusable while 80% of the oil still remained in the pen. Their response? A shrug. They stopped selling Bloom products, but didn't offer the customer any refund or replacement. Most recently, I bought a package of chocolate-based edibles and, when I opened them a few weeks later, every piece was crawling with mold. Their response? $10 off another package of edibles. But the moldy ones cost $26. These people do not stand behind their products. Avoid them. read more

You want to make sure you know what exactly that you need and want before you come into this place. You will also need to make sure to check the products before you walk out the door. I spent about 20 minutes telling the person helping me that I wanted crumble. I've pretty sure I said at least 10 times. Once I got home and opened the product, I was given a live resin sauce. I don't have the products to use live resin sauce. You will not ever be able to return your product even if you just walk out to the parking lot and made sure you had the correct stuff. Thankfully, Sabrina is amazing and awesome and knew exactly what the products were and what they did. Sabrina is very knowledgeable about the products in the store and is able to really help you. Whoever helped me before that was not aware or familiar with the difference between crumble and live resin sauce. Be careful... Also make sure you shop around. I found many products in other places that were over $30-$50 less than this store. read more
