What I heard was something or the other, and I asked if the person could repeat what they said. "We do it all." "So installing RAM--" "We do it all." Said something else. "Could you say that one more time? I couldn't understand--" I was hung up on. Don't give them your business, that people-facing staff member didn't seem to give a flying f about prospective customers. I called up Dothan PC afterwards, still incredulous at being hung up on, and received a call back within 10mins. After waiting several more days, I called again to check on the quote and was told to "hang on" while they checked with the manager. Person comes back and tells me my quote is $2600 minimum. I laughed and said, "you're kidding me, right?" He wasn't. So I called a similar shop in Montgomery who will do it for $300 plus materials. For what it's worth, I suspect they just didn't want my business and therefore just gave me a ridiculous quote. As a potential customer though, I would have rather they just told me that than try and rip me off. Can't say for sure that's what it was, but what I can say is that they will not get my business, not now, not ever.

My unit had a non-operating camera directly on it, but I am sure the person who removed my lock knew that. Items were stolen but the operator informed me I had signed an agreement and I had rented at my own risk. They basically told me it was my own fault for my unit being broken into. Don't waste your money here, find a place that has a controlled access gate and a working security surveillance system. This place is a scam. It may be cheap, but you'll get what you pay for.

There are shirts, sweaters, hats, stickers and various other very neat items to find. We've been in a few times now and they've always had excellent customer service. They always reply to emails asap if I have any questions for them, but I also like the emails they send in ample time to let me know my payment is coming out or if my personal property insurance has expired, etc. The rental fee/price point is also very affordable and thank goodness they haven't raised the price every time I turn around!
