First let me start with the greeting, Simone is literally the best hostess, super inviting and warm! The decor of the restaurant is on the chill side of Lavish, it's so beautiful and the LED sign really gives it that fun vibe, I would give the service here a 10/10 and the food a 7/10 only because they didn't have the short rib hash I wanted and the oxtails had more fat than meat, it's located in the buckhead area, parking was free and the drinks were really good, I would recommend this place for hanging out with friends, a night out or drinks, the food is not to die for however it's a very cute and chill vibe read more

This is definitely a hidden gem because the location was in an area that made it a little uncomfortable for me as a tourist. I had the Lavon sandwich and it was definitely a 10/10 no questions asked. It came with truffle fries and I'm not a fan of those but I'm sure they would be good to someone who likes that kind of thing. My friend had the lamb chops and she was satisfied with them. We also had the Weezy flight. The drinks were good taste wise but not worth the price in my opinion. Giving it 3 stars . Are server was amazing ! I ordered the "Weezy Flight " very disappointed . It was way too much syrup in such a tiny glass . I was better off drinking my Hennessy straight . It was nothing fun about the flights . Most of my party ordered the oxtail grits . They loved it . You get about 4 oxtails . I ordered the lemon pepper wings . Decided to come to this establishment for brunch with a group of my friends. I remember from the videos I had seen the seating seemed to be awkward so my expectations weren't high when it came to that. I just think it's weird having to bend all the way over to eat so that's a no go for me. The place itself is nice with good music and all the staff were attentive. I ordered the short rib hash. It was okay, not amazing. Slightly overcooked for my taste preference. So definitely not worth the $30. I also got the lemon drop flight which I enjoyed. Overall my experience was cool. I leave this review as a first time customer at Weezy's and was shocked at the experience I encountered. I could not decide where to sit because not only was the establishment decked out to the T the seating was very chic and the design was well thought out. However, I end up at the bar with the beautiful and amazing mixologist herself, Dominique. I enjoyed her genuine company while I waited on a friend to come we laughed, had a great time, and she made me a wonderful drink called Pushin P, I recommend anyone to try it. My friend finally arrives and he orders his Long Island which might I add was amazing as well. We continued having a great time with the other employees as well as Dominique. Dominque kindly asked was I ready to order now that my friend arrived. So, I ordered a Medium-RARE Ribeye w/ Brussel sprouts, and a side of sunny side up egg. I did ask for the steak to be seasoned a certain way however, I was advised steaks come pre-seasoned. I said ok fine. I waited for my food to come out while still having a great time with everyone at the bar which at this point there was another customer there as well. Dominique soon brings my food out and immediately I knew my steak was overcooked. It was very dry. It was very well done. No part on my steak was medium-rare. Not even in the middle. So I then take a bite just to see if maybe the steak tasted good because I might've been able to look passed it not being cooked how I requested but the steak had no taste. No season. All I asked for was salt and pepper. I expressed my concern to Dominique and I just told her I'd order another item on the menu. I'm assuming she told someone in the back because shortly he by the name of Jeremy came right back out with the nastiest attitude. Pointing his fingers and getting loud with Dominique in front of myself and my friend and another customer at the bar. To the point where my friend, told him he didn't have to talk to her like that ESPECIALLY in front of customers. Not only were we having an amazing time most importantly him being a man should never speak to a woman in the condescending tone he had in front of customers. Yelling that, "someone is going to have to pay for this steak.." When the complaint came from me as a customer. His argument was that the food was ready for 24 mins and was sitting under the heated lamp in the back. Yes we were having a great time however, that was impossible for a medium-rare steak to be cooked by a heated lamp in 24 mins. The problem was the steak was never medium-rare. After his little debacle, it completely changed the atmosphere that we created before he ruined it completely. We were so disturbed by his negative energy, my friend asked to speak with him and I explained to him that his theory just didn't make sense and its not what you do its how you do it. Never should he have did that in front of us being customers. He came back with, "I'm not the one who cooked the food." Brushed us off and went right back to the back. Nonetheless, he should've never been speaking to her in that manner being a black queen that she is there should be a higher level of respect when speaking to her knowing you're of the complete and total opposite sex which the finger pointing at a woman is ultimately disrespectful regardless of what community you're apart of and the tone of voice just should never be tolerated in a place of business and as a first time customer I leave a 1 star review not for Dominique she receives 10 stars. This isn't for the other customers I interacted with and enjoyed their company as well, this is strictly for management because to my assumption he was someone in management and he needs to be reprimanded. I was actually appalled to find out he was in management and I honestly don't see myself coming back to partake in this establishment if this is how things are ran. I don't think that anyone should deserve such scrutiny and embarrassment while working and doing your job. There should be a level of professionalism. read more

If I could put a zero review, I honestly would. There was a lady I think named Shaneese that answered the phone and I let her know that I had a medical note and I also had a torn meniscus as well as a torn ACL both knee injuries to my right knee, and when I looked at the ground, there was a large ditch from the main level of the street where you enter The area to get into the parking lot and there was also exposed broken sewer holes and there was broken concrete on the ground. I asked her because I was scared to fall. Could I park closer to the front? The person who was directing parking told me there was no valet. She told me there was valet when I called, I asked her because he moved the cone for me to go in there. Once I showed my medical note and my handicap placard could I park in the front at the same price? He was charging to park 200 feet away, which was against my medical doctor records she refused. I had already planned this day to go to this place, and drove almost 35 minutes just to get there to have to turn around and go to a place that could allow me to park closer. It looks very dangerous even for someone who doesn't have an injury so someone who has any type of injury or even wears high heels keep in mind I had sneakers on because of my injury, but I can't imagine a woman with high heels walking down a ditch after walking over 100 feet from her car and walking over exposed, broken sewer, holes and potholes just to walk to a place in a back alley or to have to pay $20 to park, that is just ridiculous. We turned around. Very disappointed. I asked for Management and no Management came outside. I asked for Management from Kevin the parking attendant. He refused to give me a manager. This place was a real crappy experience never again. as you can see in the photo, it looks like you're on some type of container dock, or in an alleyway. This place has more potholes walking to the place in their own parking lot than I've seen in some of the worst neighborhoods in Atlanta too bad they said that they don't have anything to do with the parking lot because I'm sure as business owners of someone falls, that insurance claim would go to that owner of that business not to the easy parking guy who gets paid $20 an hour. The customer service was terrible I called ahead of time and the lady told me that I can just come on in and once we got there we had to self park our selfs for ten dollars and it was a long line at the door there was no host to be found. Once we waited and finally got in the lady who served us was rude and did not look pleasant she was under dressed and seemed irritated and said "Yall not allergic to nothing right?" Right then and there I knew I had to say I am allergic to something because it sounded like they bout to cook everything in the back on the same thing, basically cross contamination. The only thing they got right was the drink I had order but my husband ended up getting food sick that night from eating that nasty food.
