Came here based on a recommendation. It was a Thursday night. One side of the lounge was packed, the other was empty. We did not pay a cover but parking started at $20. There were a few birthdays, multiple birthday girls standing on tables (not saying it's a bad thing), and bottle service being provided. We didn't get a table. We just sat at the high tables and a waitress came over every so often to take orders for shots, drinks and food. I got the grilled shrimp, Mac & cheese & broccoli. The broccoli was below standard. Would recommend the other items, as well as the chicken. There was a bathroom attendant. I'm not sure of her job, but she asked us for tips each time we went to the bathroom. Good music and good vibes but BAD service. A manager came to our table after we asked for our server to bring us a menu multiple times. Then the manager told me wrong info and sent a waiter who told me contradicting information. We also pre- paid for a section so i'm confused as to why the communication between employees and upper manager. They also did not let us take unopened bottles from our table. We went to Zari Last night for my cousin birthday after hearing good reviews from some locals. The parking was outrageous we were in two cars and paid $80 for parking; not a problem but definitely a ridiculous amount to pay to park your car to support their establishment. Not even valet service; we had to park our own car way down the street walk. Anywho! It was all ladies in the birthday party and upon entering we of course wanted bottle service; it is a birthday celebration! We went to the bar for bottle service and purchased a bottle and we were told to find our own table. A lady brought out the bottle, no lights, no presentation, no appropriate bottle service; they didn't even fix the drinks unlike other Great lounges I've attended .This lounge is not even the bare minimum for service. But, that's okay we proceeded to still support this establishment by purchasing a hookah; which we received with some confusion from the hookah girl pretending we never paid her, then just remembering like oh and never returning our change or to check on the hookah. The hookah left a burning feeling in our throats and was never changed. We wanted to order food for our table however; a bottle girl, waitress, hostess or no one ever came back to check on the table at all. Then, while we were enjoying the night without a question about more service, purchasing another bottle, hookah or food we were just whisked away from the table; had our bottle, bucket and hookah snatched away, placed on the floor. They brought someone with a half finished bottle to the table. I consider this being thrown out of the club because someone with ONE half empty bottle wanted the table. Okayyyyy. However, if we were ever properly serviced they would have known we were waiting to purchase additional bottles; but no one ever came back to check on us. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service! The thing that deserves a star is the great DJ and good vibes from the customers attending. Definitely a good ole ghetto time. The DJ was lit, the bartenders were on point, however the service was trash. It was literally four tables occupied on a Saturday evening and it took at least an hour for tacos and sides. Will probably come back but definitely not on an empty stomach. read more

Wish there was a way to give a negative rating. Went for a birthday brunch. Waitress was super nice,brought drinks quickly along with our bill. Ordered food, avocado toast was recommended. 2 hours went by and no food. My drink kicked in so I changed my order. Needed something heavier. The lounge is definitely cute, would I go back...probably not since there's a bunch of different lounges in the area. The drinks were great and cute friendly bartenders & bottle girls (you can obviously tell the owner had a certain type of look for his bartenders & bottle girls). Food was okay (for a lounge). The only bad thing is the parking. They will beat you in the head for parking and the lot doesn't belong to them but I get that that is a hustle. I would rather go other places without paying $20-$100 for parking. read more

I will never go to Zari's again. $40 parking x 2 cars= $80 for parking- absolutely ridiculous! Miami prices are lower. $20 Entry fee x 6= $120 plus we spent $300 on a bottle + purchased hookah. About 5min after our bottle was empty & $500 later, the server came with a new bottle and said that we had to leave the table for another group. They didn't even ask if we wanted another bottle before giving away our table. They had no where else to place us and our hookah was only half used so we left. read more

Went there yesterday for my close friend's birthday brunch. Service was good. All the waitresses were really nice and friendly, as well as their photographer. We were having a good time, good food, good hookah, and we decided to go out front and take a group picture. We'd been there about 2-3 hours already before we went outside to take the pic. Upon going outside we were greeted with some huge random security guard who was trying to intimidate everyone by showing us his gun. Like why the hell was that necessary? We were just trying to take a picture. Completely ruined the mood. Then proceeded to get physical by pushing the birthday girl AND her mother. Are you serious? We left immediately after. If you want to get a gun pulled on you for taking a picture, it's the perfect spot. Would not recommend otherwise. read more

Went here a couple times with a friend because she has a friend how works there but this place is HORRIBLE! Small asf, restrooms and floors are always a mess and so are the girls running the bar. Rosie, was the b!tch we dealt with last night and this ho3 got the WORST ATTITUDE and only caters to lightskin/fair tone ppl. I felt her fucced up vibe when we sat down and I wanted to leave then but my friend wanted to stay for her friend, so we did. Bought a hookah, drink, opened a tab, and asked for an order of fries 3 times (which I never got), but I guess that wasn't enough for that ho3. I guess Rosie had an attitude all night and wasn't getting enough tips because of it so she wanted us to leave. Talked to 3 girls around the bar (all medium to dark skin) and they felt the same way. 2 of them left because of her attitude and the other stayed but also didnt fucc with her. Security didn't understand why she wanted us to leave but we decided to leave because we were over it at that point and the vibe was off the whole time, the place wasn't good enough to even stay. DJ plays the same songs every weekend. This place is not worth the money AT ALL! I've seen a couple celebrities walk in and leave within 10mins. Instead go to Eleven45, wayyy better vibe and fly girls/bartenders (Both light and dark skin baddies). Also this place is not lgbtq+ friendly.
