I was actually really impressed with this place! Parking: Not the largest parking lot, but I was able to find a spot on a Friday night with no hassle. Parking was free, which we love. For a Friday night, there weren't as many people inside as I was expecting so the reservation I made wasn't needed this time. We were sat immediately! One thing I noticed was, when I walked in there was no security but by the time my friend came about 8-10 minutes later there was a security guard checking IDs and bags. I'm assuming they start this service after a certain point in the evening. Inside, the ambiance was dimly lit and had your typical restaurant/lounge decor and music. I enjoyed the bright colors and think it will look great for brunch due to their patio area allowing natural sunlight in. The only thing I didn't like was the FLOOR WAS VERY SLIPPERY. Like hazardous, greasy slippery. They do have a carpet you can walk on but the bare floor parts almost took me out every time. Drinks: I had the (1201?) margarita and my friend had the lychee martini. We both really enjoyed our drinks. Dinner: I had the honey glazed lamb chops which were actually delicious and cooked to perfection. The crispy Brussels and mashed potatoes were also very flavorful. Everything tasted really good! My friend had the Rasta pasta and she said she enjoyed it as well. I found pricing to be fair as well. Came in to check this place out since its fairly new. I'm going to say since it's fairly new will give some grace. There are some areas of opportunity for sure. Put in reservations but due to only in person working it seems didn't check in just sat us which caused issue on open table. Sat outside on the patio as it felt good out. Seating was comfortable. Took about 15 minutes before someone came over to ask if ar needed but again he was the bar tender, server, hostess so giving grace. Tried the tower it was pretty sugary since not shaken. Tried the Salmon egg rolls, wings (lemon pepper), red snapper. Everything was flavored well I can say. We visited on a Wednesday around 7pm. The restaurant has happy hour 5-8pm and offers 1/2 off drinks and appetizers. There was parking available and no wait to be seated. Food: We ordered drinks, appetizers, and one meal plate. The drinks were good, like other reviews mention they do take a while (20min). This is also the case for the food (45min). The wings and eggrolls were appetizers so they were half off at this time. Both delicious! My friend ordered lamb chops, they were surprised by the quantity/size but they did finish it. Where do I start.., I made reservations for 4 on Wednesday for a Saturday brunch at 2pm. I saw all the hype on instagram and other social media platforms. I received a reminder by text that Friday I confirmed and everything. Well we arrived at the establishment at 1:47 pm no cars in the parking lot ‍ I checked to make sure my dates were correct so approximately 1:52pm a car drives in and park around the building. Now other guests are in the parking lot ... at around 2:10 pm they unlock the doors and they have the cook and I guess the manager ‍ so you know it was down hill front there. Don't order the home fries they are cold and not seasoned the omelette was mediocre the chicken tenders and waffles was ok .... DON'T ORDER THE SALMON CROQUETTES... my sister was vomiting from the time we made it to the house until the next morning.. Crazy how they charged a 20 % gratuity when we didn't really have service.. The entree was supposed to come with mash potatoes, I got rice. My salmon egg roll appetizer came out after my meal. I always try to be very patient when I go out especially going to a newer establishment, because I know things happen, but I must say.. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED. I made birthday reservation here because it looked like a fun atmosphere; drinks, food, hookah. We had early reservations, so seating wasn't a problem, and there were a total of 9 of us. Upon arrival we were told there was only one chef for the night so food would be a little slow so we understood and went ahead and made decisions on food. The individual that was the first one there ordered closer to 8:15 and got her drinks and food within 15-20 minutes. All other orders were in by 8:30 at the latest...food, drinks, and 4 hookahs. About 20-30 minutes passes, no drinks or hookah were received, although tables that came in after us were receiving their hookahs and drinks. Another 10-15 minutes pass, the hookahs come, and we get some drinks, still missing a few...still no food. There were a couple of large parties, so we understood food may take time, but at this point we are pushing an hour for pizza, a salad, shrimp, eggrolls, and lambchops. I ask a server for a manager, he says which one, so I nicely request manager B since I previously spoke to manager A about the drinks already. No manager ever came. The last few drinks come out around 9:45, food starts coming at around 10pm. Everything except the lamp chops I ordered. My sister finds manager A requesting some type of compensation for just the lambchops meal I have yet to receive, our bill was over $600 (with 20% automatic gratuity), so the $40 meal comp was just a small request. The manager's response: "The server told me you didn't want to talk to me, you wanted to talk to the other manager so...?", and that we have a two hour table limit. My issue with this response was that he was still a manager and the problem had been now brought to him, so I would have preferred it was be handled, instead of a debate about who I wanted to speak with. And a "two hour table limit" does not justify a 2 hour wait for food. Once I finally received my meal at 10:13pm, after the interaction with the manager I sent it back and asked it to be removed from the bill. I could've very well paid for it, but his response and lack of empathy for the situation made me not even want the meal. The only apologetic person in the building was the server, in which she apologized several times, which I really appreciated. And once we got the bill there was about $30 worth of discounts, about $3.00 off per item, so again thank you for that. All in all, the service I received left me disappointed, and wait time for food and drinks was extremely long. Very cute inside, drinks tasted decent, but manager(s) at the time lacked in customer service and weren't attentive to customer needs. We had low expectations due to reading prior reviews but This place was really good!!! Service was great. From the attentiveness of the hookah lady to the friendliness of our server. I have 0 complaints. Our food came out fast hot and crispy. We ordered the wing and shrimp appetizer with fries. We tried the passion fruit margarita and the grapefruit margarita. If I could give zero stars I would!! I made a reservation two days in advance for a party of 10. I called 30 minutes before to confirm. Upon arriving we waited at the front door for 30 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we sat another 30 minutes and no one ever even came over. I had to go to the bar to ask for 10 waters with lemon, which took another 15 minutes for the water to arrive and for waitress to come over and ask us for a drink order. You ever scroll on Social Media and someone posts videos or pics and hypes up a restaurant so much you just have to go and see for yourself? Yea, that was me and I was so disappointed. I really don't understand why do the advertisement and not live up to the hype because it won't bring repeated customers? Ok, so me and my girls got together on a Friday night here. Well minutes turned into an hour and while we were drinking (drinks are watered down and you can do better at home) we just noticed how the time just was going by. So one of my friends got up and requested to speak to the manager. By then the food comes out and lo and behold, it was cold! Even when they offered to make the plate again, it was cold. The wings were decent, but I've had better in Atlanta and the lamb chops were overcooked. If you cook and eat lamp chops, you know that they are supposed to be cooked to "medium". They were overcooked so much, my friends just couldn't even bite them lol. To compensate they gave us all a round of drinks and a bottle of Champagne, and while I appreciate the effort, they could've kept it because, again, I make a better drink at home.
