I tried to get a live person on the phone, and it wouldn't let me. They had the wrong service for me booked thru the automated system. When I mentioned the time I needed at 4:00pm, AI said they would note that. Then they had a person calling me this morning to tell me they were available now in which I let their Ai assistant know prior I wasn't availble in the am. . The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

They sent two, very young plumbers for a small, one-man job, then quoted me nearly $600 for a job that would take about one hour, at best, for replacing a pair of valves which themselves cost only $62 in total. Nine times the price of the part to perform an hour's work, at best. Ridiculous. At least they left promptly after I declined their services. P.S. I hired Huven Plumbing to do this job for $180 - A full two-thirds less than what Hockers quoted.

Spoke to Lee with VanRite plumbing with an issue as to why our main sewer line was leaking on a…read moreSaturday. Before talking to Lee, we had another company come out to take a look. The company will not be named. That company said that the main pipe along with the city sewer drain pipe needed to be replaced cost of at least 1447 dollars. On top of the 98 dollars that it cost me just for him to come out and tell me that. Lee asked me to send him some pictures of the pipe. He then suggested that someone come out to see if the drain was clogged before anything. Lee had recommened Sadler sewer and drain cleaning come out first to make sure we were not clogged. Cause he said that if its not rotted (the pipe) then it might just be clogged. Matthew came out the same day (Saturday) and was able to unclogged or drain pipe saving my wife and I the 1447 that we would have wasted to change out a pipe that was still fine. Thanks again.
