I asked the realtor to not list it and she refused my request . Property was put in MLS and out of 5 pics posted not one was of the land !! ( not very knowledgeable of their listings) Also can't say it's for sure, maybe a coincidence, but since the listing went in MLS some personal property was stolen from the land. Plus had to resign a form, because realtor gave me the wrong one originally I got the impression from them that it was "all about the money" and unique personal requests weren't a consideration.
