Veronica represented herself as a realtor in the beginning of the purchase of our shore house in margate, putting together paper on whichart letterhead. She the represented herself as the buyer wanting access to the property for her contractors to view property without a licensed realtor with her. We denied access to the property without a licensed realtor. She suggested us as sellers to pay her commission, her title fee, and over charged for sewer repairs, with an estimate of 14,000 wanting 18,000. This was an estate sale and unaware of what the family was truly going through, lost both parents within 17 months, dog passed away in march 2026 and fiance diagnosed with brain cancer a week later after the dog. She kept sending addendments 14 to be exact, contacting our realtor, attorney review took 2 weeks and overall lack of communication. She wanted to close 6/19 which was a holiday, asked for keys early and waited 4 weeks to put money into escrow. She rarely went through her attorney but through ours and our realtor. Her mortgage was contingent on sale of another property which was false. The entire process was stressful and no one should go through. Her mortgage was for her to live there but purchased through an llc. A report was made to her boss and legal was made aware. I highly suggest to do not Use her. Her ethics are questionable. A family house that was within out family for 80 years was a horrible experience. Veronica does not represent the real Estate business in the manner and ethics stated by her company and state of nj. Honestly we were ready to take a leaser offer to not deal w her and her unethical demands. We moved lock box and neighbors saw her on property looking for it. I would never use her for anything ever again. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Remember when dealing with estate sale take compassion, you never know what the family is truly going through. This is coming from a daughter who watched her father die on mothers day 2024, found her mother dead oct 2025, had to put dog down who she had as a puppy and was 13.5 years old on 3/20/26 and fiance diagnosed w cns brain lymphoma 3/27/26. Be very careful who you trust with selling your home. My experience with this brokerage became an absolute nightmare the moment I requested a mutual release from my listing agreement. I was ignored for over 50 days before I finally had to retain an attorney to reach out on my behalf. Even after my attorney became involved, communication was still delayed or ignored. At this point, there are only about 38 days left on the listing agreement, the property has already been off the MLS for approximately 67 days, and they still refuse to meaningfully communicate regarding the situation. What makes this worse is that multiple people in management were aware of the issue, including my agent Jacki Smoyer, Joseph McDonald (President Residential Sales & Real Estate Services), Victoria Rivadeneira (Regional President), and Aileen M. Konzelmann (Branch Vice President). Despite all of them being aware of my concerns, nobody stepped in to properly address or resolve the matter professionally. The response was essentially "no," followed by silence. Meanwhile, the brokerage continued dragging things out instead of communicating with their client, who they owe fiduciary duties to. From my perspective, once a commission became uncertain, communication and concern for the client disappeared. After this experience, I began reading multiple reviews from other people claiming they were also ignored after raising concerns or discussing contract releases. My husband and I had the worst experience out of all our previous real estate transactions. Susan Nece inspires trust with her soft spoken voice and smiles. We trusted her to sell our house and to act as a dual agent for us and the seller in the house we bought. I knew this goes against any common sense, but that's what she does: she convinces you to trust her. She told us she was a certified dual agent, but much later we learned there's no such certification. She acted like my boss in the sale of my house, demanding inspections and the purchase of unnecessary decor items. She didn't suggest, she pushed. In the house we bought, she hid minor and major/material issues, siding with the seller, and completely disregarding her obligation to act in defense of our interests too. The house we bought had high levels of mold. She was present when a mold remediation company came to inspect it and recommended treatment. She and the seller never disclosed it to us. After closing on the house, we found mold behind a crown molding that was removed. The same happened in another room and the main bathroom. When the mold remediation company came to give us an estimate for treating the mold, we learned that it was the same company the seller had called for the inspection two months prior. Susan denied knowing about any of this, even though the company owner clearly remembered talking to her and even receiving her business card. It took us 3 months to move in while trying to settle with the seller in relation to the mold and other issues that we found had been purposely hidden from us. The latest untrue information we found out that Susan Nece provided us refers to the jacuzzi in the main bathroom. She stated many times that the seller used that bathtub every single day. We just found out that the jacuzzi wasn't even plugged into an outlet. Remember this account if you are considering hiring her. She displayed no work ethic, kept lying despite all the evidence to the contrary, and showed no empathy for the struggles and damage her actions caused. Her boss, Aileen K., also didn't assume any responsibility for the actions of her agent. This matter is going to court, which will be a first for me. When I needed to sell my mother's house I worked with Kate Morra from Weichert Realtors. I can't say enough about Kate. She went above and beyond in every way to make the sale and my life easier. She did everything from bringing me my favorite tomato soup from a local restaurant for lunch, having her husband help me move something, to taking my nervous phone calls and texts at all hours. I live 2400 miles away and even the closing was the easiest ever. She was not only my realtor but became my friend. I would recommend Kate to anyone in a New York Minute! read more

Diana Dimasi of Moorestown ,NJ The move-out date was the 10th and we were RUSHED out of the house by the 9th, even though that was NOT what we agreed on originally. We did everything to please the property manager Diana Dimasi and the landlord to not cause any problem. We cleaned the house top to bottom, cleaned the garage and cut the grass, and we still got charged for the 10th. My landlord was informed before my move out that my garage door did not open properly (not the first time I mentioned this) but only pushed the problem over to the right until the house sold on the market. Now that the house sold the fees for repair came from my security deposit and she claims to not know about it. Clearly weichert cares less about helping military personnel and this entire debacle reflects POORLY on their company. read more

This review SHOULD HAVE been reflective of a positive experience as we put a FULL PRICE offer in on a home within 3 hours of completing the showing. We were the first appointment to visit the property even after the sellers rescheduled our appointment. We sent over a signed contract offering a quick closing - 10% in escrow, pre approved mortgage with 20% down! However, due to Weichert Agent Michelle Arnold's conduct - I have NOTHING positive to say. This offer was obviously of no interest to her from the start. Imagine that! Listing Agent Michelle Arnold is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Did not answer our buyers agent or give her any idea of what was going on after receiving our offer despite repeated calls, texts and emails. We were told she was 'too busy' to follow up. Finally, our agent had to get her broker Jean Adams involved to even find out if our offer had even been presented! I had to call and speak with the Broker also as Michelle did not follow up after we were told she would. I was told Michelle would call our agent back when in fact she NEVER did! Merely sent an email telling us there would be additional showings and would let us know. A verbal conversation between professionals would have allowed our agent to feel out the situation and guide us as our agent. We waited 5 days for the situation to be resolved without clear word. We came back with 2 price increases ABOVE ASKING price and Michelle did not so much as acknowledge either offer. We sent over a letter to appeal to the sellers. Our agent sent it over to Michelle and her broker asking that they confirm receipt to the sellers. She never answered our agent. Michelle lied and said our agent never sent over our pre qualification even though email records between agents and brokers have clearly shown that was not true and that it was sent over twice. Our agent requested that Michelle confirm receipt. She would not do so. Another example of how she had no interest in working with us and chose to discriminate against every advance we tried to make to close the deal. When a strong buyer comes in they should at least be treated fairly with a respectful, ethical negotiation even if they don't get the home. Unfortunately, this is not the way Michelle Arnold operates. I would not trust her to sell ANYTHING that belonged to me as she has demonstrated that she does not conduct herself in good faith as a real estate representative. We later found out several offers had been made after ours, some of which were cash. I understand and fully respect not accepting our offer but Michelle never let us know that multiple bids were in play. She offered no communication at all! She never gave us the opportunity to counter - which we WOULD HAVE done. She clearly left money on the table for her sellers as it was clear from the beginning that she was not interested in doing business with us and is not a fair advocate to her clients. She may now say that she presented our letter or additional offers but her behavior surely says otherwise and her unwillingness to document or respond paints a pretty clear picture. We will never know. In this situation, she could have turned off buyers so much that they would have just with withdrawn their offer or walked away out of her total disregard for their interest. I'm not quite sure if Michelle wanted to sell this property on her own so that she didn't have to split the commission or what her problem was. Whatever the case, I won't ever be working with her again to find out nor will anyone I know. I would not give Weichert Realtors my business if they offered their services for free. Their agent was unprofessional, unresponsive, and uninterested. For someone who works in a word of mouth business, Michelle certainly doesn't care about the type of footprint that she leaves behind. I will make sure all of my friends and colleagues know not to use her disingenuous services. Do yourself a favor and go visit Berkshire Hathaway where the real professionals have chosen to work. read more

Would never recommend any buyer to work with this office. The realtor HOUNDED me for weeks though I told her many times I wasn't ready to buy. She would call, text, and email me over and over, all day and all night, when i was sleeping or busy in the middle of a work day. I called about a listing back in Feb. to Weichert and was told an agent would contact me back, she did. Maryann R. of Weichert Moorestown. She was sent from God. She was never pushy or aggressive, always available, and truly had our best interest at heart. It felt more like a good friend shopping for homes with us than an agent trying to make a quick sell. We have closed and she still called to check on us. Our refrigerator broke of course almost 2 weeks after the closing and I called her for any suggestions on good repairmen. She reached out to her circle of contacts and quickly came back to me with 2 referrals and the fridge was fixed the same day/reasonable price. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you will be shopping for a new home in the South Jersey Area. read more
