There are only 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and no pool, which makes it a somewhat quiet neighborhood because you don't have a bunch of kids running around. I don't mind kids, but in my past experience at other communities it seems like parents used the pool as a free summer babysitter. As long as you pay your rent and don't treat the place like a flop house, you won't have any problems...except for guests sometimes trying to take your parking spot.

We would go through dozens of towels and often run 5-gallon shopvacs to try to keep streams of water from flowing across the floor and pooling into the finished part of our basement. They resell carpets from Shaw and dealing with a warranty claim is more than difficult! The story- I tested the sample for bleach resistance. About 2 yrs after installation, I had to add bleach to my cleaning water. The carpet lost color. Meh, OK. The carpet was matted and not cleanable by 5 yrs in on a 10 yr warranty. I pulled the carpet out and put in hardwood. The store owner hemmed and hawed. Somehow it was MY fault and they're not going to honor any warranty issues. I will go to Echo Flooring next time. The buyer there says that dealing direct with Shaw, they have had fantastic warranty service. Buying through Carpet One, you get nada.
