I recently purchased 2 gallons of Agreeable Gray from the SW store in Bloomsburg, PA.  When we…read moreopened them to start painting, we found that they were 2 different colors- and we weren't sure that either of them were actually the color we ordered.  We realized this 10 minutes before the store closed and I live 20 minutes away.  I had a friend over to help paint and had hired a babysitter for the evening. Needless to say, we couldn't paint that night and now the project is a day behind.  The next morning I drove the 20 minutes to SW and was waited on by Mike (the "manager").  He agreed the paint was different colors and began making the correct paint.  I asked if I could get some sort of refund for the mistake/inconvenience and he said "oh I won't charge you anything for this" AS IF HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PAINT I ALREADY BOUGHT. ?? He was rude, unprofessional, and had horrible customer service skills.  He kept saying "I'm making this right" (by giving me the paint I should have gotten the first time I purchased it) and acted like that alone was beyond sufficient. I thought I could trust Sherwin Williams to give me the product I ordered the first time.  Instead I wasted a lot of time, money, and had to make an extra trip to the store.  I highly recommend you get your paint elsewhere.

Have to call a supervisor on the phone to translate between themselves and my wife. Ok - we can work around that. Show up with zero tools and can't close the water supply valves. Wife calls and I point her in the direction of some channel locks. She shuts off the water as the bozos hang out and watch her. Now, 8 months later, I begin to remove the dryer to move it into an addition we just completed. Mmmm very difficult to move - feels like something is stuck between the dryer and floor. Have a look underneath and NO FEET installed. Just put the metal dryer bottom against the flagstone floor! Thanks, Lowe's! Keep hiring top notch employees. Is it possible to find people that go beyond not giving AF?!? If possible Lowe's will find them.
