She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Justina is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. Later that day my wife calls the office supervisor Cindy Darcy to inquire as to what is going on. Ms. Darcy calls back the next day, SCREAMING at my wife, "how dare you call us, you should be dealing with your own agent" and proceeds to slam down the phone. In short if you want to deal with these kind of folks please BEWARE. The level of professionalism here is ROCK BOTTOM.

Then when he saw no response from us he took it off market, and then puts it on the market again at a much higher price - $60,000 higher. The agent was helpful and very friendly but unfortunately they use the National Tenants Network…read more(NTN) franchise to screen applicants for rentals. You have to complete an NTN application for a specific rental so if you are applying for more than one rental, you have to complete a form each time. You pay $39 per application and that is for each person living in the rental. While I was completing NTN's online application, I got a code error message a few times on some of the fields, meant for their webmaster. When my application report was sent to the realtor, it turns out NTN made a mistake (my monthly income was indicated at an amount I hadn't entered anywhere on the form - and it was FAR greater than my actual income which made it all look fishy). I had no access to my report before it was sent to the realtor to make sure it was correct. Trying to get it changed was a nightmare. NTN requires you to print an application to access your own report, attach more personal ID verification, mail it to them, and then they'll let you know within 14 days if you're eligible for a copy of your report. I actually talked to a lawyer. I had an IT technician look at the code errors I screenshot while filling out my form and she said NTN was using Cold Fushion by Macromedia which was about 11 years out of date. Now I'm worried that NTN has my SSN in this Cold Fushion database. My advice as a prospective renter is to avoid this real estate firm simply because they use NTN.

The internet banks were quick to give me quotes at competitive rates. I figured I would call ASAP to see if they could do any better. When I called, the owner answered the phone and spent the next five minutes talking me OUT of refinancing. She said something along the lines of, "listen, I could sell you a mortgage refinance and make a commission on it, but based on your current mortgage and how much you owe, it won't be worth it for you." I then sat down and took a hard look at the quotes I had been provided and realized that the owner of ASAP was right - a mortgage refinance wouldn't have saved me any money, and it possibly could have cost me some. When is the last time you heard of a business owner turning away a sale because it wouldn't be right for the customer? I was impressed.
