The practice itself is struggling with the consolidation of administrative systems that is an industry wide phenomenon taking place right now. It can cause disruptions in phone call responses and also frustration on the part of front desk people because their new systems are not yet responsive to them. At this point in time I would recommend looking beyond that and looking at what kind of results you get when you get to see your physician. There's no way not to be pleased with Dr. Lonnie Herzog.
