Also had an echo cardiogram, and she was wondering why they did not set a follow up appointment with me to discuss the results. 10 weeks later.....The physician seemed fine. I had seen them previously before they moved into this group and I did like them very much. But this office is under completely different management. I have been a medical office manager, my whole adult life and the lack of communication and the lack of experience of the front desk is noticeable. I have had three maybe four appointments in this location and each time they ask me if I'm new and each time they tell me that my Medicare card is not valid. So while I do like the doctors, I am leaving this practice due to the problems with the front desk. Very disappointed and sad to leave, but the problems seem serious enough for me to find another primary care physician..

I must also give a big shout out to his entire staff from the girls at the desk to the girls who work with him. They are always very friendly and are there to help you in any manner. Even though it was over a year , they remembered me as if I just was there. I wait longer in the waiting room and exam room before Dr. Siddiqui sees me. Then when I do meet with her, she only takes five minutes with me and walks out the door. When I first met with her, she was thorough and took her time with me. I do not know if it is because she has too much work on her plate but as a physician, she should NOT rush her patients.
