She willingly answered my questions even the day after my dad's discharge and has been a very responsive ordering-physician to the home care team. When we called to set up appointments, the staff were very friendly and did not rush us along as it would often happen. He does have a larger office in Syosset. No one looks forward to getting a colonoscopy but for some over a certain age, or with a family history, it is absolutely necessary. Not to mention when I tried to get an appointment weeks ago on a Saturday I was told I couldn't because I was a new patient. I explained I have been a patient for many years just not in the last 5 because I lost my job with Covid and had no insurance. That apparently put me as a new patient. So now I make this appointment 2 weeks out and they cancel and can't offer me another Saturday for 3 weeks and can't see me at 6 after I work. Thank god I spoke to an urgent care doctor who felt bad for my situation and will refill my prescription that have bad side effects if I stop taking it. Do better.
