OK, the "front" staff of the office-fantastic, the Dr's, reception....everyone who you come in…read morecontact with Last week i called about a referral, the woman who writes them up was a NIGHTMARE to deal with......she spoke down to me and lectured me on how i should know how my insurance works.....i was just trying to get an eye doctor appointment.....she would not do it until i gave her a date and time for my appointment.....she was just plain nasty.....i told her i wanted to speak with the office manager and i was told she wasn't in......i quickly hung up and called the office back and asked to speak to the office manager, and guess what? she was in!! i explained to the manager how offended i was that i was spoken to in such a manner. i was told that it would be put in the system right then and there. My optometrist just called to say it still wasn't in the system, so i called the office again to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for quite some time and when the manager did pick up, she yelled at me and told me that she has it right in front of her.....she also said that she didn't have time for this stuff....after yelling at me again and told me that i was calling the wrong office and picking a fight with the wrong people, i hung up and called the eye doctor back The receptionist told me that it was entered right before she picked up the phone with me, and that Dr. gambino's office told her that i was a "problem" patient. I also find it extremely ironic that the referral wasn't on my insurance website until AFTER i had gotten off the phone with her she CLEARLY knew she was wrong for not doing it the week prior and instead of using GOOD customer service and people skills, she yelled at me Needless to say, Dr. Gambino's back office has ZERO people skills.....if you don't like your job - quit.....it's that easy I truly feel as a patient i am allowed to call and question something regarding MY health!!! Despite the front staff being more than friendly and helpful, Dr. gambino's office has lost a patient and a customer......i could not go back to a doctor's office that spoke to me in such an unprofessional way.

She always answers any question I have to the best of her ability, and even breaks it down if necessary. She really cares! I did see another PA one time, and she wasn't nearly as good. Not that she isn't a good provider, but I really would prefer Kirsten. I have never met the head honcho Dr Gambino, but I have heard great things about him. The front office staff is very helpful as well - they always prepare referrals, prescriptions, you name it quickly and efficiently. I know they are bilingual in at least English and Spanish (I'm not sure about anything else). They have their own parking lot and are easy to find! Would definitely recommend this office to someone looking for a PCP or internal medicine office!

There is no rationalizing, her temperament is always that of a child throwing a tantrum. I don't know who p*ssed in her cheerios but its truly BEYOND me how she still has a job when her attitude is complete and utter sh!t. It's relieving that so many people have had the same experience dealing with her so that I know I wasn't the problem.

Sloppy practice. Office manager was incredibly unhelpful and as per a PA that works there, this is common practice. I highly suggest you are very thorough with your own care if you go here. Rather than admit their mistakes, they will try to brush it off as nothing. If I didn't ask about the bloodwork, I am certain those other tests would never get done. Unacceptable for a medical practice.

I even got every member of my immediate family to switch to her care. Her bedside manner is warm and caring. Not only does she really take her time in the room with you, the wait is always 5 minutes or less. The office staff is organized, communicative, and helpful. The assistants are always fabulous, very patient and take their time doing bloodwork. My entire life (even as a grown woman), I faint and sometimes even vomit during blood draws and typically had to go to Quest Labs (also usually not a good experience for me) - since being a patient of Dr. Zubrinic, I always get my tests done in the office and feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. It is a game changer for me and my anxiety with needles. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zubrinic and her entire staff. I hope to be a lifetime patient here!

I compare every doctor to Dr Screnci and not one has lived up to her skill set. She is the most intelligent person I have ever met in my life. I truly trust her with my life. I would still go to her if I could. She was good with me through the years where I had a fear of going to a doctor and still continued to be into my teenage years where my questions were endless. I owe getting over my fear of doctors to her and the staff. She truly got it right every time I never doubted her expertise. Every doctor appointment I have been to since I have left with frustration and confusion. She always has such patience even after working all day and seeing a boatload of patients, she still took the time to answer my questions that were insignificant to other patients. When I was younger I used to say that she should be president :). She definitely has all the strong qualities to do so in my eyes. I also have loved every other doctor she has brought on to the practice. It amazes me, its as if she finds the most qualified doctors out there or maybe they find her. I hope that when I have children one day that I can either take them to someone who is at least half the person Dr Screnci was for me, I know it will be hard to find, I have been searching for years.
