So sit down if you'd wish, either way, you need to step back you are invading this client's right to privacy and it's extremely rude and neither of us appreciate it!" As the other client looked from the old man to the floor, mouth down turned, he was clearly not feeling the same as Skall. Once she made her way, 30 client later, to the old man, they spoke quietly, the entire time Skall had a finger out pointing at the gentleman being nastier as the conversation progressed. Within less than 5 minutes, she jumps up, proclaimed loudly, "so I may tell the judge you do not wish to have an attorney to represent you?" The old man, "Ma'am, I never said that..I..". Skall, "so what I understand is you are representing yourself?" I don't blame her for the corrupt DA or the judge that came in hungover from his long night with his secretary or an addict he takes advantage of because she knows that he can mess her life up because he can tell the judge over her custody case that she is on dope, he could cause her to go to jail on the drugs that were found on her, so she just goes along with his disgusting night time games. I had some issues in Canton, Ga. Police have a very tough job and make mistakes and thus, found myself in the back of a police car on the way to jail.
