No one let me know that I would be assigned to a new member of the team (who hasn't even started at this point). I called to have an appointment regarding something timely and was pushed out for another week and a half because of an issue with the staff. From there, they didn't even suggest the other possibilities for me to be seen sooner. I figured out ON MY OWN that I could be seen at a walk-in clinic. I needed to have some paperwork filled out but the physicians on staff cannot complete this because the person who performed my physical is no longer working there. They did try to work with me and give me an alternative but when that wouldn't work, they wanted to charge me for a second physical for the year. This is baloney, I already had a physical. It is not my fault that they are having staffing issues. I will gladfully take my medical business elsewhere. I kind of suggest you do too.

The billing department has no problem telling me or my daughter what crap it is dealing with our ins. They call us prior to every appt telling us it's going to cost $377. to be seen. And that it needs to be paid prior to the appointment. (We have a $25 copay and our insurance, if billed correctly pays in full for the visit.) I have had my insurance call them directly and they still cannot figure it out. One week they bill ins. The next week they say we have no coverage. The best part, my husband has ZERO issues when he needs to be seen. None. Nada. Apparently, they don't hire certified medical billers.

Well, my hubby's proctologist previously told him that with his history, he has to get colonoscopies and that he should not rely on Cologuard! Seriously. What a waste of product, and it's now in the trash. Vista Care does not care about your health or you as a person. It's all about the number of patients they see per day and forcing products on patients whether or not they should be using it.
