I went in with my 101 year old mother to verify that her living trust was current and up to date. During a meeting mother made an unsolicited comment about making some changes to her trust. That comment was resolved, and I informed Helix that my mother and I were leaving town for a couple of weeks. Before we returned, someone from Helix called my mother house to remind us about our appointment. Since we not home, I feel they should have just stopped the conversation because we were not home. However, it seems that some type of conversation was conducted. This conversation I suspect was from someone who on any other occasion would brag about how sharp my mother's memory is. So, from this conversation, Helix said they were not going to represent us with my mother's trust and that they were going to terminate the contract. We accepted their decision.
