It took me a while to write this because I have so many great things to say, without rambling. I received great care from Dr. Kloster and his staff at KC CORE. He has a warm personality and excellent in his practice as a chiropractor, something very difficult to come by these days. The moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with friendly faces and felt very comfortable. He was even at the front, I didn't realize he was the doctor until he introduced himself, very down-to-earth. Most doctors hide out in the back and keep patients waiting and are not as personable as Dr. Kloster. Liz, at the front desk is wonderful and makes patients feel comfortable with her bubbly personality and attention to detail. There are no major wait-times and they were very flexible and accommodating when I was in treatment given my busy work schedule. I was in treatment after being injured in a car accident and Dr. Kloster was very thorough in ensuring that all bases were covered regarding what needed to be done in treating my injuries. He makes a follow-up call after your first adjustment, something most doctors don't do, showing that he is sincere in the work he does. I feel much better and I've noticed great improvement to my overall health after receiving treatment from at KC CORE. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues because he is someone I would send my mom to if she needed the best care . read more

We took our 7 year old daughter to Dr. Kloster for back pain she had been having for a while. As a parent, you get nervous for anyone to mess with your child's back but Dr. Kloster was able to not only make us feel comfortable but our daughter too! The office staff is wonderful too. Here is a note we sent to him. Dr. Kloster, I just wanted to let you know after I spoke with my husband about what you had told me regarding our daughter and the slight curve in her spine, we took her to an pediatric orthopedic to have some more x rays and tests. My husband was pretty upset that our family doctor could only produce 1 film from the many he took and that the quality was so poor. The orthopedic also confirmed he could see a curve of 6 and unless it was over 10 would not be diagnosed as scoliosis but wanted to take more x rays in 6 months to see if there was any progression. Thank you for bringing this to our attention or we would have not ever known to watch for that. He also wants to refer us to pediatric physical therapy for her tight hamstrings which as you said is a large factor most likely in her back pain. I have been going to KC Core and seeing Dr. Jerry Stokes for over a year. I don't like to write reviews until I've been using someone for awhile to make sure they stay great, and I will say Jerry is AMAZING. I have been to several Chiropractors over the last 8 years and he is by far the best. He really understands ways to adjust the body that work better and differently than other Chiropractors. He has done things I've never seen anyone do before that are working great. I had hit plateaus with the previous Chiropractors but Jerry has taken me further with the sky as the limit. It turns out I have a reverse curve in my neck and there are specific things we are doing to correct it so that, once fixed, I won't need Chiropractor care any more or at least not often at all. His goal is to FIX me, not just make me feel better for a short time so I have to come back. I HIGHLY recommend KC Core Dallas. I have to say, from my previous experiences with other chiropractors and therapists in New York City, and now living in Texas, Dr. Steven Kloster is one of the best chiropractors I met. I was in a motor vehicle accident, and Dr. Kloster has made a difference in my life. Not only does he have magic running through his hands, he is knowledgeable in the work he does. I like the fact that he can find a way to make his patients feel comfortable, and empathizes with them too. I strongly believe if a doctor can be empathetic with his or her patients, then they are doing their job. Dr. Kloster has relieved a lot of pain that I have experienced from my accident. The doctors and staff at KC Core are amazing! They are all professional, personable and committed to helping you reach your goals. When setting appointments they are flexible with scheduling and they offer later appointments (after work). Often times, as it gets later in the day, doctor offices get behind scheduling but not at KC Core. You can expect to be seen most times at your scheduled appointment time! Everyone in the office is helpful and is compassionate when addressing my needs. The treatments are effective and provide relief, I was given information on how to care for myself at home and given information to share with my employer on ergonomic therapies for relief while at work (very sedentary job) that my employer supports. Overall, I am put at ease by the doctors and staff at KC Core and I highly recommend this practice for all of your chiropractic needs. Dr Smith and Dr Stokes are amazing. And I know most of you will only read the first line of a review, so, here you go. They are both amazing and as good as a good chiropractor can get. I was in a serious pinch and needed to see a chiropractor right away! After a car accident. I was able to called to schedule a same day appointment and came in on my good friend's high recommendation of these two doctors. Service was great! The receptionist was so nice! It was a very clean office. I felt a great deal of relief from a sever muscle spasm in my neck and back. After some good chiropractic therapy in a few weeks my pain was almost a 0/10. I've been going to KC Core & seeing Jerry Stokes, D.C. for about a month now to help with some third trimester pregnancy aches & pains. I was referred to KC Core by my doula to help with hip alignment for labor & delivery and I'm glad I've been going because it has helped me manage and even sometimes eliminate some hip pain I've been having. Doctor Stokes has been great and is very professional. On my first visit I had heard of the Webster technique used during pregnancy, but I didn't really know that much about it and he was great at explaining how it would help with pelvic alignment for an easier delivery. I am thrilled with the results from the whole group at KC Core from my primary care Dr. I have arthritis, and pain through my back pelvic bone, sciatica leg pain down the back of my right leg, and neck and shoulder pain. IT IS ALL GONE!! I did spinal decompression where they stretch your spine gently on a machine, did a few of those and noticed improvement right away, my leg pain and back pain dramatically improved and was gone after 12 treatments, then onto the neck with a combination of cold and hot treatments and electro stimulator. Dr. Kloster and staff are the absolute best! So caring and friendly, they take a genuine interest in how their work is affecting your daily life. I was having severe pain around my ear and jaw that was causing me not to be able to sleep some nights. I also have a job that involves talking on the phone so I would be sitting at my desk with an ice pack quite often. After Two or three visits I have had no pain whatsoever! I visited Dr. Steven Kloster after I ran a 5k and experienced a severe shooting pain in my lower back. After about a month or so of treatment in office as well as exercises to complete out of office, I am able to run again and my pain is 100% gone! The care and service I received from the entire staff was genuine and exceptional. I have been receiving chiropractic care from Jerry Stokes, D.C., at KC Core, Medical City, Dallas, for the past 7 months following a car accident. I was rear-ended at a high rate of speed and suffered 4 bulging discs and 2 herniated discs as well as a seat-belt injury and some tissue damage. I have been very pleased with my care. This place rocks! They are the real deal. I found this place online and on my first visit Dr. Jerry Stokes knew exactly what was going on when I was explaining my pain. He is a super nice guy and I enjoy coming to KC Core every visit. I run often and I use to run 4 miles. I haven't been able to do that with my lower back pain and especially with the hip pain I was in. After four visits I have been relieved of my pain. I am 60 and went to the chiropractor for the first time with pretty severe sciatic nerve pain from my left hip all the way down to my left ankle.
