I contacted this firm to transfer a house in Morrow, GA into my name that I inherited from my…read moremother. Christina Cason handled the probate and transfer to me by deed during the pandemic at the end of 2020. She was thorough, quick, and at a reasonable charge for the service relieving me of any additional stress in the process. She also referred me to an excellent probate attorney in Florida to handle property there. Though, this firm has moved to Fayette County, they were able to complete probate for me in Clayton County.

I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney's office while trying to create a simple…read morewill. First, it took about three months just to get an appointment. When I finally met with them I had a meeting with a woman and never met the attorney the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes -- not nearly enough time to feel confident about something as important as estate planning. After the will was prepared, I was surprised to learn they wanted to charge me over $500 more just to have the will signed and finalized. Instead of guiding me through the signing process, which would have taken another 3 months they simply emailed a PDF copy and refused to send a physical copy to my home. This meant I had to print over 80 pages myself and try to figure out complex signing and witnessing instructions on my own. Overall, this process felt impersonal, rushed, and poorly communicated. I expected a higher level of service and support for such an important legal matter. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. Now here I am stuck trying to figure all of this out on my own. Sad situation for such an important matter. They will not go out of their way to advise on anything if you are not a local extremely wealthy citizen also receptionist was rude and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes. I do not recommend unless you are wealthy and not even then.
