I called the number and I've never had anyone answer. I did leave a voicemail and I think someone tried to call me back during the first incident, but I don't know, I thought that's why you left an address, my car was left with soap on it then the water wouldn't rinse. There was no water than it had low pressure. It couldn't figure itself out. I then went into the automatic car wash, and that put soap even more soap, but that wash didn't work, so I thought maybe there was a water problem, but that didn't make any sense as it worked. Everywhere else ended up going to another Bay and then finally spraying it off, this happened on another occasion just recently, and I called the owner and told him about the first one, leaving a voicemail, of course because there's no way to reach him, going there is like going to the casino, you see people having a great time washing their car and you hope that's going to be you, but it isn't. You don't win, the owner finally responded after my last incident and sent me a five dollar bill on the mail, I will never go to this car wash again and I hope you don't either, I'm a local resident so I know what I'm talking about here.
