As my mom started to decline due to medical issues and needed more care they delivered. We had a wonderful care giver Jessica Vasconi. She did everything from making her meals and caring for needs. We found out mom had inoperable cancer and had to put her on hospice. My mom did not want to be put in a home. Jessica knew exactly what was needed all of the time. My mother loved the care she received. Through every transition Jessica knew exactly what to do. Transporting her from her bed to her walker then using her wheel chair. she knew when she needed to get the hospital bed from hospice, She worked so well with hospice workers. Making sure she was clean, fed properly, and made sure she comfortable every step of the way. She was always early and was so sweet to my mom. She would stay late as needed even worked seven days a week towards the end when we needed her most. I don't know what i would have done without Caring Hearts.

When you enter the home, you see a clean, beautifully decorated living room/dining room that serves as a family welcoming and visiting area for residents. You may encounter tempting smells coming from the kitchen since the caregivers prepare all meals on-site. The kitchen and resident home-style kitchen table dining area and the TV/Great Room area, are the heart of the home where residents can meet to eat their meals and then relax and watch their favorite TV shows or movies. Here the caregivers supervise activities such as card games, adult coloring, Bingo and putting together puzzles. There is a lovely backdoor patio and yard that invites the residents to enjoy some sunshine and visit together outside. There are spots for 6 residents and that gives a ratio of 1 caregiver for every 3 residents which reassured me that my mom's needs would be met and she would be under constant supervision. The caregivers speak English and Spanish and are easy to understand so communication is not a problem. They also take care and pride in their appearance and greet you with a welcoming smile. I can't say enough about the love and care, laughter and fun, and respect and empathy that all the caregivers showed not only to my mom but also to me when I'd visit.
