The company president was rude, impatient, and unwilling to work with the insurance company. He was not even willing to discuss the situation due to his anger with them. It was so bad, I could not even get a word in to help defuse the situation and discuss the issue. He then told me I needed to find someone else to get my work done. I was dumbfounded by his actions as the company president. Frankly, I would not recommend this company. The staff is young and immature and I do not think they can be trusted. I didn't notice until the following morning they had hit my car with that giant blue thing they lug around and it had pushed in my backup sensor. So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it. The person that hit it knows they hit it and chose to not say anything at the time and then chose to straight up lie about it. I was jerked around for months to even get work started with his uncertified employees complaining he does not pay them. I did not get any of what I paid for or the materials. His employees claim he does not refund any homeowner he screws over. He was uninsured and broke all aspects of his own contract. Left roof open to the rain and his worker cracked the drywall in both bathrooms upon installing bath fans that took months to get done. They removed insulation in attack after telling me it was wet and never replaced insulation leaving attic bare going into winter. Workers told me it was not wet therefore it can be assumed he lied about it. He agreed to return $7000 and never did instead claiming the check was coming from his accountant. He owes thousands in funds to creditors and has not paid them back. He has a bad reputation. One of his employees slammed his ladder so hard into my kitchen floor damaging wood. I provided pizza and they threw the garbage all over yard. They left one hell of a mess from roof all over propane tanks and porch and damaged gutters from debris from roof work. They left a tarp dangling for months in front if kitchen window. Do not hire this guy! A total fraud! His workers left bath fan crackling with electricity and almost burnt my house down. His workers said he knows nothing about home repairs! He also said he would supervise the job and never did and never showed up again after casing the checks. His other dbas are under: Monroe Pest Management, NY State Mold and Drain and Optimum Roofing and Gutters! His "manager" who was part of the scheme is Tanya Iannello.
