When returned they were brilliant, and long term stains were gone from a recent new procedure. The rugs returned in. much better condition than when they took them. They even worked with me to help solve problems related to placing them on a standard apartment rug: slippage, sizing, fringes and securing edges. All of which to ensure fall prevention. It was always a joy having them come to take and then bring the carpets back as Ben and staff were congenial, made the process effortless. I did not have to lift a finger. They worked efficiently, what seemed effortlessly. They fully respected and care for the surrounding area: furniture and table top items. I am most grateful. The man on the phone insisted that the floor was water proof. I reiterated what happened. I explained that the plumbers were here twice, had water mitigation remove the floor, that insurance was just here, etc. He argued that I was wrong and the floor was water proof. This man said that if I wanted to screw over my insurance, then I could file a claim. I explained that I wasn't out to screw my insurance, and that this is what all the professionals had said to me. He then said, "ok sure. Then I guess we can replace your floor." I told him not after the way he just spoke to me. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't recommend them at all.
