When the owner called me he said "Did you shop around we are the cheapest" And no we didn't because we had you install a faucet several weeks back that we supplied and the bill was $400.! So being loyal to local business was a priority. How wrong we were. We knew just walking in our new home the air quality was bad. I called Justin for duct cleaning and he set up a walk through the next day with me. Talk about service! IAP were very professional from start to finish. We found them at the Buffalo Home Show initially, and were able to make an appointment very quickly with a quote over the phone. The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The guys there were very friendly and spent 2 days making sure the entire system was good. Can't wait to work with them again.
