I thought this was a reputable place since I have taken clothes there and have been pleased. Last year it was a little over a hundred. I thought that was much but they told me up front and I paid for it. They call me less than 7 days before the prom with an outrageous price of nearly $500 for a hemming. I am very disappointed. I will definitely have to take my services elsewhere. We gave them plenty of time to do the dress. It has not been touched and with less than a week when I need it you call me....please!! I told them I was picking it up on the 15th anyway. Cleaning you can go here but not for anything else. Hence the one star.

Thankfully her dress was somewhat simple, so there was no beading or lace that needed to be moved. It took about a month for all the alterations (taking it in, hemming, etc) and it looked just as lovely once it was finished as it when she had purchased it. You couldn't tell it had been altered, it just looked like it'd it her perfectly. They did a wonderful job.
