I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. Sitting in the dentist chair gives me a lot of anxiety, but since becoming a patient at Horsham Dental Care, my experience has been completely different. Over the past year I've worked with several hygienists and technicians, and I recently needed to have three dental crowns, which was more dental work than I've ever had in my life. My anxiety was definitely elevated going into it, but the team made the entire experience much easier than I expected. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff -- reception, hygienists, technicians, and dentists -- are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, they are absolute experts at what they do. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and are very skilled at minimizing discomfort, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who has dental anxiety. After the initial crown work I did have a temporary crown come off and my tooth was exposed. The office got me in quickly and replaced it right away, which was extremely important. The dentist made sure the new temporary was secure so I could eat normally and comfortably until the permanent crown was ready. That level of responsiveness meant a lot to me. I'm also very impressed with the advanced technology and imaging they use. The scans allow you to instantly see what's going on with your teeth, which removes the guesswork and helps you make informed decisions about your care. One other thing that has really stood out to me is their focus on patient education. I was never very good at flossing -- honestly, I think it's because I was never properly shown how important it was or how to do it effectively. Because of the education and encouragement I received at Horsham Dental Care, I now floss consistently twice a day. The results have been amazing. When I went for my second cleaning, it was obvious to the hygienist that I had been flossing, and my cleaning was noticeably easier and much less uncomfortable. Go figure... it only took 57 years to finally get it right! Over the years, one of the biggest concerns I noticed was the frequent change of dentists. My treatment passed from one dentist to another, and unfortunately, when a serious problem eventually developed, that lack of continuity became extremely important. When I was treated by Dr. Sardora, I specifically discussed my concerns about what would happen if there were problems after the treatment. At the time, I was reassured that they would take good care of me if anything happened afterward. That reassurance was one of the reasons I trusted the practice and moved forward with significant dental work, including a dental bridge. Unfortunately, when problems later developed and Dr. Lee was handling my case, the response was completely different. I was told that the work was beyond a one-year warranty period and that the office would not be responsible for it. I was honestly shocked by that response. This was not a small or temporary dental procedure. This was a dental bridge. Even my dental insurance generally only covers replacement of this type of major restorative work after a much longer interval, yet I was being told that after just over a year, the practice no longer considered itself responsible for addressing the problem. What makes this experience even more upsetting is what I am dealing with now. Because of the complexity of the existing dental work and the problems that need to be corrected, I am now having an extremely difficult time finding another dentist willing to take over my case. I have been left searching for someone who is willing and qualified to deal with the situation and determine how my teeth can be properly restored. For me, this is much bigger than whether a dental office technically offers a one-year "warranty." My concern is about continuity of care and accountability. Patients undergoing major restorative treatment should understand what happens if the dentist who performed the work leaves the practice, who takes responsibility for follow-up care, and what the practice will do if serious problems develop later. After being a patient here for years, trusting the practice through multiple changes of dentists, and relying on the reassurance I was originally given, I found the way my situation was ultimately handled extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The situation became serious enough that I filed a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of State regarding my experience. I am sharing this review because I genuinely wish I had understood these issues before agreeing to major dental work here. If you are considering crowns, bridges, implants, or other extensive restorative treatment at this practice, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and asking--in writing--exactly who will be responsible for your care if complications develop after treatment or if your treating dentist leaves the practice. Unfortunately, I am now the one left trying to find another doctor willing to help fix a very complicated dental situation.
