Finally, I called them on the day they reopened while I sat in their parking lot - NO ANSWER. I walked inside to see the receptionist parked in front of the computer. They told me they only had one opening available (we were trying to book 4 massages). That's fine - but they were so flippant and repeatedly said "that's soooo weird!" when I told them how difficult it was for me to speak to someone.
