Now, 38 years later, my current car was beaten with steel poles when a microburst hit as my car sat under a car wash tent , trunk open, where the poles had not been cemented into their buckets. They advised me on the day of the repair they were running late but showed up around an hour something later which was no problem. They began the repair and one of the guys came and told me the person doing the work needed to speak with me. He said there were some more scratches he didnt see on the photo and a piece of the bumper was loose and needed to have the clips put back in place from the inside. He said he didnt bring enough paint and would have to go get more and ask for 120 dollars more and we settled on 100.00 I understand maybe not fully being able to see all the damage from the photo but would have prefered that I would have been informed of the extra cost after he was here and before he was halfway into the job. That is why the 4 star instead of 5 the work is holding up OK after a couple of weeks still looks fine. I would just make sure price was firm and agreed on before any work began if I were to use them again.
