He told her they are not going to do anything about it either. She said he needed a receipt to return it and he told her he had it at home and could bring it in. She said they don't take returns. He said he was trying to explain how the product wasn't great and broke after a short time and she didn't care. As he was leaving, another male cashier made a statement that seemed threatening and out of line. My husband said he told them that he will not return to this store and will go elsewhere. The manager didn't seemed to care. Every time I've been there the store is empty with no customers in it. Maybe people would shop there if there customer service was better. The employees always act like they don't want to be working there. Maybe management sucks.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.
