There are three slides, a small lazy river (but no tubes available), a large "toddler/splash area" and a large wave pool. The only negative thing was the SLOW food line and the girl working the front desk was not nice at all. Other than that I think this place is awesome! Great job!

Some kids were apparently causing a "ruckus" in the bathroom at closing on July 13, 2026. A…read moresupervisor went inside the bathroom and began yelling profanity and slamming locker doors telling everyone in the bathroom to "get out now or I'm taking away every single person's pass for the year!" My son walked into the bathroom while this supervisor was already yelling at people. Not knowing what is was about, he minded his own business and went to get dressed. The supervisor then told my son to "Get up and get the F@$& out!" And slammed his locker door. We addressed this with the manager and her words were "we didn't know who was causing the problem so we kicked everyone out. We find it acceptable." I have tried contacting the director and he is avoiding contact. Absolutely address the problem children, DO NOT ATTACK INNOCENT PEOPLE. Or make threats to take away passes from people whom have nothing to do with anything going on.

I intended to purchase a new set of filters…read moreand other equipment such as a new skimmer basket and some chemicals I am also having problems with my salt generator and l wanted some idea of what might be my problem and l was prepared to ask for a service call etc. l was asked my name and address and was informed that I was not a current customer and they could/would not help me. I said I didn't understand l do business with them every year l was then firmly told l was not a current customer.. over the past 5 years l have spent several thousands including new equipment and other services l have always recommended them to others. I can honestly tell you that ended today.

But unfortunately, the leak we had asked to be fixed was not repaired during the four hours we were charged, one and a half hours of which were spent simply waiting for the spa to fill, which with appropriate communication, we would have done prior to his return that day. I have to admit, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and response after finding the leak unfixed. Secondly upon calling Susan, at the store, She was very dismissive, rude, and could only respond with multiple excuses as to why they didn't give us a call back and how busy they were. She would not consider modifying the bill to accommodate the unproductive time. We will still pay the full balance, as not to undermine a small business. We will, however, be going with someone else now. Not a business I would recommend returning to or using in the future. Not professional.
