He found my knot and worked it out and even taught me stretching exercises that I won't be hurting anymore. His goal in massages is bringing wellness to his client long term and not just looking for them to keep coming back because they're still in pain. I really enjoy being worked on by Tony, you guys should really try him out, at least to learn his stretching techniques.

I got a notification before I arrived that my appointment had changed - and I was confirmed! Tip: the entrance is at the back of the building. Damaris gave me a great massage, and tips for what stretches I could do to help continue my recovery. I loved how much soft light came into the room - I'm used to a dark cave, but the lightness was a delight. *sunlight* I got really lucky to make this last minute appointment- and Damaris is a real pro. The moment you walk in, you're asked to sanitize your hands and take off your shoes, making everyone's safety a priority from the get-go. You'll notice a beautiful shelf of items (like Incausa incense, locally made jewelry, ceramics, etc) and a wonderfully-clean and intimate waiting area. I was led to the adjacent room, a warmly-lit area with yummy, natural fragrances in the air. The spa table where I laid down for the application was heated and felt so therapeutic on my back (a killer bonus, honestly). Marisa was super personable and informative on the lash lift and tint process and generously offered information on other services and products. Would be remiss to not add how incredibly knowledgeable and warm she was throughout the appointment, not to mention that she was triple-masked up which is an added comfort during COVID. The final results are pretty self-explanatory :) so so happy with the color, length and curl added.
