Shanese Armstrong, owner of Well Kneaded, contacted me right away. She explained the voucher and that I needed to complete the intake form. I had no issues scheduling my massage. She booked me with Renee. I got a call day of for an earlier timeslot, which I accepted. Well Kneaded is easy to locate in Decatur. I arrived about 10 minutes early. Renee greeted me as soon as I walked in. She told me all about the great services that are offered. They have classes for couple massage, and a few other. They have several massage rooms, sauna area, and hydration area, to name a few. Shanese offers body scan services, which will tell you what foods to avoid and what vitamin deficiency you may have. They offer yoni steaming. There are so many services to choose from performed by well-educated and trained staff. Renee gave me so much great information during my massage. Let me say I have a shoulder issue being addressed via PT and meds. Renee took such amazing care to give me a great full body massage and lightly addressed my shoulder. She was a wealth of knowledge and extremely pleasant. I had a wonderful experience with her. I would definitely return after my shoulder is healed or closer to 90%. My FANTABULOUS Esthetician was/is Candice & our time together was pure bliss. Before my session, I received a few texts to sign my disclosure form (encrypted) & to confirm my upcoming appointment. I actually like the proactive measure of seeking the necessary information upfront so it doesn't take away from the timed service. Candice was expedient in that manner while asking my preferences before we got started to ensure the proper skincare would be beneficial for me. After I mentioned my Melasma hindrances, Candice took my face into her magical & expert hands. We drive by this each week on our way to the grocery store and I decided to give it a try because I love the name. I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage with Autumn. The front lobby is pretty Spartan but tidy and clean. I was greeted immediately and walked to my room. I had already fill out my form online. Everyone was masked and my therapist kept hers on the whole time. Autumn was attentive and very careful to ensure that I comfortable with the pressure. She took the time to ask me if I had any injuries and preference when it came to pressure. The 90 min went by fast and I even fell asleep! I will definitely be back! One final point. There was no attempt on sell me a package for which I was thankful. I really dislike those places that try and pressure sell their 12 month program. read more

She has a knowledge of the body comparable to a physician, but with so much more awareness of holistic healing practices. Do not come here! I had an appointment for 3/15 that I booked online. They never answered the phone. Matthew left me standing outside. No one answered the door. I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and no one was there! So unprofessional I will never come back they would get a negative 50 if I could give it to them Update- not sure why my cancellation was relevant in responding because it has nothing to do with the fact that staff were not in place but anyway. Matthew did call me after I posted this review and apologized for the inconvenience and I was rescheduled. He did a very good job. read more

Scheduled a massage for my husband whose a former competitive bodybuilder. Still in great shape but his shoulders are tight. Setup a 1.5 hour massage and he had nothing but rave reviews. Super bummed. I bought a Groupon recently based on the high reviews. Unfortunately they refuse to look on the Business Groupon Account to confirm your information. You must view the Groupon Voucher before they will book an appointment, they know that by doing this you can no longer change your Voucher if something changes. I called back immediately for clarification from the receptionist and she then added that No appointments can be made without it again, although this time she mentioned I could have a credit card on file in the event of a no show. I said I would have gladly done that in the first conversation if offered. I asked if the owner was available because I'm familiar with the business side of Groupon as well, this isn't standard practice. She said she's the owner! Unfortunately I no longer felt comfortable with the way the owner practices business so I'll have to reach out to Groupon for another suggestion. read more
