The most beautiful spa, I'm so glad I found Well Labs! I have visited a few times now and every visit gets better. My facials are always with Danielle whom I feel has the magic touch. I am always leaving refreshed and refueled from my Well Labs appointments. Danielle is gentle and has kept my skin consistently clear since I first came in a few months ago. The entire staff is so kind and the spa itself is so well kept. I'm a big fan of their memberships, it keeps me consistent with my skin care and facials, but also is just so affordable. Valentina is amazing she has done consults for myself and sister, I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with my Botox or lip filler. I returned to have Valentina refill what she wonderfully filled last year. This year however she wouldn't do the same procedure and told me I needed her to fill my upper cheeks to support my under eye. I walked away with injector site bumps that did not subside. One week later still bumps and tenderness when touched (like washing face). The following day I noticed my undereye was unchanged and the filler sites were tender. I called the facility. The manager insisted I needed 2 wks for filler to settle and she said she wasn't concerned with my issues. In 2 wks I should come back to Valentina was their solution. As week went on my undereye blew up with filler like a giant water blister. Under by other eye the filler caused a puffiness not previously there. The filler in my cheeks were hard, lumpy, tender, and one side with more filler than the other yielding an asymmetric result. I had to see a plastic surgeon to figure out what was happening. So far I needed two syringes of Hylenex to start dissolving the filler $750. One day later under eyes dissolved. No more tenderness. Cheeks became softer as filler dissolved. Well Labs has been a disaster. It cost $700 to fill and $750 to dissolve and I will still need filler to address my initial concern. Well Labs was unserious in addressing my issue. R/S 5x 1st app tried selling some package, adding on random stuff. This place won't make it long term, similarly to the previous place. I came here because it was closer to where I live, but its too disorganized. The lady didn't even know what I was supposed to be getting... one hand isn't talking to the other. Will go back to my original place in Ft. Lauderdale. So much better & this is why I don't see APRNS for facial procedures. I have been coming here about 6 months and so happy I found this location. I have dysport injections with Elisa and have been incredibly satisfied with the natural looking results. I was afraid of looking plastic or like I couldn't move. Elisa assured me that she could produce results that looked natural, not plastic, and did so by using a small amount over several facial areas. This med spa is clean and they take all the necessary precautions and then some so that clients and employees are safe. Overall, from the front desk to the PA, great customer service where you know they actually care. There is minimal wait time, and Elisa takes the time to get to know you. We share a love of rescue animals which is an added bonus . You feel like family here not like they are trying to turn and burn clients. As a client here you are not pressured into buying all kinds of products and services. But if you ask they are able to clearly describe what is right for your skin. I went in for Botox above lip, and Valentina immediately suggested lip fillers for my thin lips. Her lips were so over blown and I did not want lips like that. I told her only Botox. She opened a cabinet and took out a pre-filled syringe and started to inject my upper lip. After 4 injections she put the syringe back in the little cabinet. I asked if the syringe contained epi because I started to shake. The injections took effect very quickly, and I had trouble speaking. This lasted about 4 days. This was not a comfortable experience with Botox injections. read more

We had so many questions about what may or may not be right for our circumstances and pocket and let me tell you she was so extremely patient and knowledgeable. The rep wouldn't show me example of restalyn silk that she had done. insisted that i would have to drive to her office (over an hour drive) to see example of her work for a "consultation". I was ready to buy, but just wanted to see 1 that she had done. People cannot drive for hours to just see a photo when we have the capability of sending it in one second on the internet.
