We decided to get their 30-minute foot massages. We came in time for our appointment and they took us right away. The foot massage was very good. I liked that there wasn't any sitting with your feet in water first and that the massage concentrated on our feet. They cleaned our feet first with wet washcloths and then started on first one foot then the other. There was a little bit of leg massage, on each side, as well. It was relaxing laying down with our eyes covered and soft music playing. The half hour flew by! We were both very pleased with the gals that worked on us. We would definitely return.

When my daughter and I arrived yesterday, I immediately asked for Amy and was told she was no longer there. We still decided to stay and booked two 60-minute foot combo massages. At first, things seemed fairly similar to how they used to be, but the actual service was one of the worst massages I have ever received. The gentleman performing my massage had little to no technique. The neck and back portion was already disappointing, but I kept thinking maybe it would improve. Once he moved to my feet, he repeatedly rubbed the exact same spot over and over to the point it became painful. I did not want to make a scene, especially with another customer nearby, so I stayed quiet and hoped it would get better. It never did. What made things worse was being asked to pay upfront, including the tip, which honestly made me feel stuck continuing through a painful and uncomfortable experience. Even now, the tops of my feet are sore from the repeated rubbing. To make matters more frustrating, the pricing has increased significantly and the service absolutely does not justify it. We paid $180 including tip for two "60-minute" combo massages and barely received about 45 minutes of actual service. My daughter described her massage as "okay," but nowhere near the quality we used to receive there. This is not the Footopia of the past. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others in the area look elsewhere for massage services.
