John has worked wonders with me. I was referred to him through a friend, who I told one day about some serious back pain I was having. He called John right then and John and his team set me up with a next day appointment. After one appointment I felt enough relief to function normally (drive, sit in a chair and sleep!), and after two appointments I could actually walk and sit again without extreme pain. Within a week I felt like I was able to identify and deal with what was causing my issues. John encouraged and allowed me to run, which is my passion, while still making sure I was going at the right pace and recovery rate for long term success. I am a breast cancer survivor, and had latissimus flap surgery within the previous year, so I felt like my situation was rather unique. And John dealt with that respectfully and asked questions and made sure we were on the same page the entire time. He really took the time and care to understand and listen, and has helped me believe that although my life and body will not be like it used to be, I can still feel good, I can move past the pain, and find a pain free "new normal". My conventional doctors have been great, but when one of them told me that at 43 years old I "just had to live with the pain and be thankful you're alive" I knew I had to find an alternative source of therapy. I AM thankful to be alive, but I also just don't want to be in pain for the next few decades. Seems as if that's not a lot to ask, really! John has been amazing at knowing what to do, talking with me about what to focus on, and finding the solution to pain and discomfort that I thought would really take years to find the answer to. I have enjoyed tremendous prenatal and postpartum care from John at the WellBridge clinic. I first saw him when I was pregnant and close to my due date. A friend, who had seen him when pregnant, recommended his care, specifically for encouraging labor to begin. Those prenatal sessions brought on deep, restorative, and much needed rest - and achieved the desired effect! My son was born just four days after my due date. I have continued to see John regularly for a variety of new momma issues in the year since giving birth: immunity boosts, clogged mammary glands, skeletal/muscular aches and pains caused by baby wearing/carrying - even balancing the emotional roller coaster of new parenthood. There seems to be no limit to the conditions that John can treat, physical or emotional. I have encountered stubborn billing issues with my insurance, and the front desk staff has always been very patient and persistent in sorting it out. John will take all the time with you that you have - I have had sessions that lasted almost 2 hours! And when I'm squeezing in a session in the middle of the workday, I just let him know how much time I have and he always makes sure I'm out the door on time. I'm shocked at how well acupuncture has helped me. I went in primarily for back/neck pain. I am to a point where I'm not in constant pain, which is amazing as I pulled a disc in my back over twenty years ago, and have been in pain every day since then until now. In addition to this, I have quit smoking after 30 years. I have tried everything (patches, pills, hypnosis, etc) and this is the first time in my life that I quit smoking, cold turkey. I still can't believe it. I can't say enough about this clinic. I had a few acupuncture sessions a year ago in another state, but didn't feel results. I believe it is Johns approach to overall wellness, and his in-depth questions and attention to my specific needs that have brought these results. I truly am impressed with John and this clinic and would recommend it to everyone that is suffering in any way (chronic pain, depression/anxiety ,addiction, etc). Ok..let me see where to start on what I think about John and His practice. I am 45 years old. I hurt my neck back in February of 1995 in the Navy. I was diagnosed with Spasmodic Torticollis. I have been through much different types of pain pills, muscle relaxers. Nothing has seemed to work withour being a zombie. My Veterans Doctor suggested I try accupuncture. I was like whatever, it will not work. I started last week with the intake. My pain level is usually 8 to 9. After my initial intake treatment my pain level dropped to 4ish, and lasted about 14 hours. I went to see him yesterday and I finished around 645pm. It it is now 550 pm. My neck pain level is about 3 to 4. My neck twitches have reduced by 1/4th. Now if the future is anything like this past two sessions then I am all for it. Great work! I blew out my elbow (rotated, hyper-extended and dislocated) a few winters ago. The long term chronic arthritis was a b****. Pain, swelling, constant popping, lack of mobility and more or less the use of my arm. I could not even make a fist since the swelling and pain were so bad. I was contemplating surgery to put an end to my misery. A costly and invasive procedure. Instead, I received regular acupuncture and deep tissue treatments from John. Almost immediately the swelling went away and over the course of 3 months John was able to get my elbow back into working form. John was able to break up the deep scar tissue that was causing the inflammation and pain. My strength in the arm has returned, I am free of pain in that elbow joint and immensely grateful to be able to continue living my active lifestyle. Overall a great and worthy investment! read more

I came to you with bad circulation in my right hand due to ripping off my a finger and lower back pain...... I have gone from my hand being uncomfortable anytime the weather Is below 55 degrees or even getting in and out of water even on a hot day..... As a licensed acupuncturist myself, I know that acupuncture works. But when it comes to finding another acupuncturist who is skilled and knowledgable, I tend to be quite picky. I was waiting for my snowboarding injury to go away on its own but it only got worse. I decided to go to WellBridge Clinic and take care of it.
