For this past weekend's adventure, we explored a bit of Wellington Street in Verdun. I had lived here for a short time nearly 10 years ago but haven't returned since moving out of the area. We stopped at Welldun Pizza to taste some of the freshest slices of pizza I've had in a long time. From the basil to the tomato sauce and gooey cheese, it's amazing how much of a difference you can taste compared to other pizza places. We brought some home with us and were happy to have even more to enjoy. The restaurant was busy the entire time we were there with orders being placed non-stop. You can order in-store or do so online for pick-up and delivery options. There is an assortment of drinks to choose from and a few tables towards the back and along the walls of the restaurant. The ovens they use are massive and pizza boxes line the back walls. They have water available next to the cash and a bit of seating near the front windows so a few people can sit and eat a slice while they wait for their orders to be ready. The woman who was working at the cash was very nice and the whole team seems to have a nice vibe with each other. It can't be easy work when there are so many orders and so many pizza options but they made it look like a breeze. I would definitely go back and I plan on doing so during the Summer months. With so many topping options, I think we could go back about 25 times without getting tired of the pizza.

Recently went to Welldun pizza. Definitely among the best in the city. We ordered a Detroit style with bacon and Vodka sauce along with a pepperoni and burrata. The dough was perfect and the ratio of components was excellent. Highly recommended next time you're in Verdun.

Very good pizza (got the NY pepperoni honey burrata) it's pricey but it's very big and filling. A lot of oil as well. It's basically a more extra version of the Wu Tang Killa Bees from Fugazzi

Revisiting No900 six months after my last trip to Montreal and the staff that I'd gotten to…read morerecognize and know by name were not present, and that was slightly sad. However, the staff I encountered this time were just as efficient, energetic, and competent. The pizza, which I chose to build this time, was excellent as always. One word of caution that if you use their online ordering and are therefore routed to Toast or some other order service: I could swear that I was shown that the order would be started immediately and ready in 25-35 minutes. When I arrived at No900 about 25 minutes later I was told that the order had been configured to be ready at a certain time, and that time was about 25 minutes in the future from the time I arrived. I was shown the order info and can't deny the fact...but that isn't what I thought I ordered, so pay close attention to what is shown when ordering online so you get what you want.

Wish they would have told us it was going to be last call before we tried to order one more drink. The server told us that the bar closed ten minutes ago, and was very apologetic. So we ordered another pizza to go. We also had our last meal there. It was a little busy and they were short-staffed so they did not come around much and it took a long time to get our food that time. But it was worth it. Pizza is very good. So we're the meatballs.

Montreal now has world class pizza! After many years of coming here and being forced to eat…read morepoutine, smoked meat, great steaks, and Canadian interpretations on various cuisines ... I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Special shout out to the lovely ladies that danced through the entire preparation of my pie. Loved everything about this place!

New Montreal style pizza…read more Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.
