They claimed I had to bring her in as it was against the law to give deworming medication out. This is untrue as I simply went to a different vet and they sold it to me no problem. I have three cats and they lost my business all to try and make an extra $80 on a consultation. I live in Breslau and will prefer to drive into Guelph for all my animals needs.

The Guelph Cat Clinic brought him back to health, and supported me through the extremely time-consuming and exhausting care it took to keep him healthy. They checked in every couple days once I brought him home to make sure he was doing okay, as well as to make sure I was okay. I will forever take Kilo and Simba to this clinic, and I would like to especially thank Dr. Farley for the amount of time and effort she put into nursing Simba back to health. I strongly recommend the Guelph Cat Clinic for their amazing staff, their empathy, and their love for cats.

He gets very scared, and becomes aggressive when fearful. Even sedation at home typically is negated by his fear. Our appointment with Dr. Farly went smoother than I could have hoped. She was very gentle, calm, and low stress for my cat. She was able to handle my cat for a thorough physical exam, and administer his vaccine without restraint. The birdcage in the exam room helped distract him just enough to prevent him from being fearful! It was amazing, and definitely well worth it. Fees are reasonable, and comparable to other clinics in the area

In the two days prior he was less perky and we hoped this was temporary (good days and bad days), but within 24 hours CatNap contacted us to advise of decline. They took our baby to the vet and we very sadly agreed it was time to relieve suffering. Obviously not being there in last moments was absolutely devastating & heartbreaking for us. When we returned and came in to settle bill, they waived everything. This was so unexpected and touching. Gestures like this are so so rare these days. I'm tearing up writing this. The cats were…read morehoused in a little "cottage" with a ledge and a window facing outside, and we brought their bed which went inside. The litter box was far enough away from their bed and food dishes and the cottage was clean. You could tell the employees really love cats and they took time to play with the animals according to the instructions they meticulously recorded when we made our arrangements to leave them. Both cats were well groomed (i.e they had been brushed) and were just lazing about in their cottage when we came (a little early) to get them. None of the cats in the place seemed overly stressed. There was also a larger play area where they let the cats out to play - but not with other cats. Overall I was really at peace with leaving my pets in the care of the staff at CatNap. I called a few times while I was gone and they patiently answered all my questions and even went to look to see what teh cats were doing while I was on the phone. They kept great notes on their activities (eating/drinking/litter box business). Price was $14.99 per cat, per night, so it wasn't cheap, but at least we were able to relax on our holiday, knowing they were taken care of so well.

Each visit we've seen three different doctors (ircc: Dr. Pedersen, Dr. Okaniwa, and Dr. Barr) and all of them have treated our dogs with care, gave us time to ask questions, and were happy to answer. They've done follow-up calls to check-up on our collie post-appointment, and medication refills were quick and easy. Of course, the reception staff were also friendly and knowledgable in giving us extra advice and scheduling needed follow-up appointments. Planning to continue coming here for the foreseeable future!
